The PC is a great value for what you get. This build can run anything you throw at it with ease (games at high FPS + ultra settings) and is cheaper pre-built than if you were to build it from scratch - how times have changed right? This thing is built to last and will not need an upgrade for at least 4 years. Excited to use it! The only reason I did not give this a 5 star is because I had issues with shipping where I received 2 defective PCs (one with a dead GPU and the other with a GPU that was not screwed in and scratched the motherboard). Took about a month but finally got one that worked! Best Buy customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Great power for the price. Connected to my lg c2 with hdr and 120hz enabled. Able to run my games (msfs, forza horizon 5, beamng, etc...) at high settings at 4k 60+ fps. Heat is low. Fan noise can be loud at times but that is to be expected. Had trouble getting the bluetooth to work but plugging in the antenna fixed it. 5.1 surround sound works thru hdmi. So far its doing what I need it to do. No major complaints.

I've been searching for a high-end gaming PC for quite some time and this CyberPower PC has everything I need for gaming. I was thinking about building my own PC, but for the price and quality of the product, I just couldn't pass it up. I did a lot of research on other PCs out there, but this one seemed to be the best deal for the quality and price I was looking for.

I like to consider myself a gamer: Sims, COD, Fortnite, The Forest, other Indie Games. So when being able to run these games smoothly + mods was a must. I finally upgraded me 10 yr old gaming PC for this and it was such a great purchase! The price point for the parts is what sold me, but the speed and performance of my games is what kept me a customer!

I was in need of a gaming desktop PC and normally I always build my own, over the last 20+ years, but due to my work schedule, I really didn't have time to procure the parts and build the PC, so I opted to try out this Cyberpower PC. I've been pleasantly surprised that the quality is very good. The MSI Pro z790-P, while maybe not the highest performer if you like to overclock, is actually built really well, and has decent reviews. It's really a motherboard that would be used for businesses, so it has the good well built reliability that's important. Mine came with a PNY RTX 4070 Ti, and while it's not a GPU for serious overclocking, it's reliable. PNY products, while not flashy like the other GPU manufacturers, tend to be very reliable. The 2TB nvme SSD is a Crucial, which has always been highly regarded for us home builders. Only downside of tthis PC is that it comes with an Apevia Prestige 1000w Power supply, which tends to be budget oriented. I have had no issues with the Apevia power supply, and Apevia has been around a long time, there are better upgrade options when the time comes. The wire and cable management on this PC is really excellent as well. Overall, I would recommend this PC to buyers, keeping in mind that the power supply would be a good target for upgrade when the time comes.

Great PC. The difference between my 2080ti/intel/AIO based machine and this machine is unbelievable. Runs at least 20% cooler. 100+ fps in Cyberpunk @ 1440 with RT/pathing on. Well packaged, arrived on time. Spent more time on cables than PC setup. No audio optical port...no biggy there. Skyrim with 2000+ mods...no problem. Still new but so far a great prebuilt.

The computer is great so far but the startup data is lacking and the sales info is misleading. I have had the computer less that a week and the price has already dropped over $400, when they sold it to me under a 3 day Black Friday sale deal where the clerk said this is the lowest price it will be through Black Friday, and will only go up after Black Friday so there is no difference in getting it now or on the holiday sale. Which is GREAT for you cause its an even better deal than last week. Then when I got the computer the instructions included in the box were for a generic case not the glass magnetic sided case. It said the removable side had 2 screws holding it down and I spent 30 minutes trying to find the right screw, when its just magnetized on and a strong pull can take it off, I didn't pull it right away cause I didn't want to break the glass. Then there are accessories with no information on their purpose, like some kind of device that seems to prop something up (I think it's for supporting the weight of the graphics card cause i have seen card supporters before) but it isn't tall enough to reach anything in my giant case. There is also no way that I can see to turn off all the lights in the case, I can turn off the RAM and Fan lights but the CPU and Graphics card both have really bright lights on it with no controls to switch them off. There might be a way I just haven't found it yet and it isn't in the same app to turn off the fan lights )

After having this PC for 3+ months, this machine has exceeded my expectations. So far, it has been able to run anything I throw at it while having 15+ chrome tabs w/ youtube open. The 64gb ram means I could have more chrome tabs open while I play something or do some productivity suites on the side.

So glad I made the purchase. Had a few systems I was debating on and I kept coming back to this one and so glad I did. Full of power, great deal for what you get. Setup in minutes and gaming has been awesome. Superb graphics. If you are considering this system then consider no more, make the purchase you will be glad you did.

Packaged well. Unfortunately, this ones' 'remove the interior packing' was not correct and I had to call to ask how to remove anything to get to it. Customer service on that was a total of three people before I got the answer needed. Has been working well after a months' time with no issues.

I ordered this PC online and it's been absolutely great! Runs every game/program I've thrown at it. My only issue was that the instructions for getting it setup were from a different model. Wasn't too bad cause it was easier to setup than the bad instructions were telling me it would be. Also came with a complimentary keyboard and mouse which were pretty good quality!

Finally got a new PC and CyberPower did not dissapoint! Build quality is great, runs everything I could throw at it, cool chromas, and sleek design. I was skeptical on getting a pre-built but will return for their business when the time comes!

This is easily one of the best gaming computers I have ever owned. The PC this one is replacing (also from Best Buy) lasted from 2018 and only needed minor upgrading through the years. I expect to get many more years with this one due to its superior cooling tech and components. I haven't found a game yet that I can't play on this system and strongly recommend it for that reason. With Geek Squad assistance I have added a few parts to improve its capacities; a WD Black 8Tb Hdd and a Samsung - 980 PRO 2TB Internal Gaming SSD PCIe Gen 4 x4 NVMe. Happy Gaming!!

An awesome combination of hardware for the price. Way cheaper than building it to this spec. It runs every gaming i own in 4k 240hz without breaking a sweat. The case is very well built and all hardware is top of the line

Optimal speed, beautiful graphics and purs like a kitten. I’m getting over 200 FPS on Gray Zone Warfare and with Arena Breakout Infinite. Worth every penny!!!

So far the pc is great. I love the way it looks and how fast it is. My only real complaint is that I bought this intending to play overwatch competitively at 4k. But, even with a tech friend helping me configure all my settings we couldn’t get competitive frame rates in 4k quality with its current GPU. Also, both before and after I lowered my graphics quality, my frame rates could not stabilize and consistently jumped up and down by +/-30 frame rates. But I mean aside from that, the PC so far has been amazing and is still super powerful so I definitely would still recommend it. Especially since I know wanting to play competitively at 4k is a lot to ask for and this PC is very decently priced!

We bought this for our son and it’s his 1st gaming PC and he loves it!! It looks so cool and runs great!! He is very happy with it!! Plus it was all set up so he could plug it in and start using it!!

I purchased this to upgrade from my old pc and can't be more happy so far. I have only owned it for two days but it is super fast. Plays anything I have installed on it seamlessly on highest graphics settings.
