    My coworker bought a CyberPowerPC computer and told me I should get one (my other pc was 10 years old) and I was not disappointed! This pc perfect for gamers, and you can’t beat that price. Plus, it’s super pretty! 10/10 recommend.

    Overall, specs and pc itself are phenomenal loads up quick and looks amazing. Had to return and exchange for a different PC and brand, because power supply unit was faulty and could not be replaced for fixed. The psu was very loud in annoyance that it could be heard from another room when running high FPS games. So beware some manufacturers use cheap parts under the expensive parts that stick out. thankfully I had warranty and could get a new computer. Thank you to best buy for helping me sort it all out.

    The PC itself is amazing. Five out of five stars. But a review is about the entire experience; and that is where the issue come into this. I went to the store to purchase the PC. While this one was not in store, it was said to be in stock. So i placed my order. What was supposed to be a three day wait, turned into a wait of over a month without word or warning. So instead of being off of work for a few days, i missed more than a month. And before you say i was just impatient, remember: "You don't work, you don't eat." A few days without pay sucks. More that a month because a company decided not to be forthcoming with very important information can be hard... and costly. Again, great computer, but if you can't wait, it may be better to go elsewhere.

    Powerhouse of a PC. Wouldn’t change anything about it. Wires were organized, set-up was easy, about a month in of owning the PC and still loving it.

    Great Pc, came with mouse and keyboard, runs games very well and was easy to setup. took me probably 10 minutes/

    Worked great out of box for about a week, then began crashing and BSOD'ing over and over. Looks like something is wrong with the GPU or CPU and now it can't even run chrome. Trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare. Want to recommend it because it's beautiful and ran so smoothly, but when you pay so much for a PC you want it to work. You especially don't want to have to return it and wait even more time for a new one or struggle to do the tech support yourself. If I wanted to spend that much time doing it I would have built my own PC. I'm really bummed that it can't run anything right now and I have to struggle to fix it myself.

    The first machine we received did not work. Then took 2 months to get another one (even after paying for expedited shipping). This one works wonderful. My son loves it.

    The worst purchase i have made in my entire life. I had issues from the start but kept telling myself it was probably something i downloaded or whatever because the specs were so good. But no the pc just had issues, MULTIPLE of them. Luckily i had a protection plan and so gave it to best buy to fix but they didnt even find out what the problem was. They knew there was a problem but couldnt find it, it was that bad. So they refunded it to me and im so glad they did cuz this piece of garbage was not working. I did end up getting another cyberpower pc but id recommended to just go with ibuypower. Cyberppwer sucks with customer service. They were no help at all in this product.

    The pc ran like a dream. Fast and quiet. But the moment you try to run a high demanding game like cyberpunk or helldivers the gpu wouldn't function properly. Max frame for cyberpunk was 40fps on medium settings. My 5 year old pc with a rx 5700 xt was running about 3 times better. The only thing I found online about this was a occasional problem with the gpu's circuitry not being able to tell when it needs more power.

    I bought this pc 7 months ago everything is good except the CPU cooling AIO it stopped working after a month so I need to buy a new cooling.

    Blue screening in the first week. Had to underclock it to make sure it didn't crash. 6 months later it can't boot up without bluescreening within seconds. The CyberPowerPC support will take it back for repair, but it is going to cost over $100 to ship it without a guarantee. Avoid this company.

    I bought this pc and it worked well for about 2 months then started to run very slow. After several calls with CyberPowerPC tech support I ended up having to ship the item back to CyberPowerPC to get it repaird. Even though the item was packed very well CyberPowerPC claimed that the graphics card and motherboard was damaged during transit eventhough there was no damage to the shippjng box. I honestly feel that CyberPowerPC damaged the parts not the shipping company. Their customer service department is a nightmare to work with. Not only do I still need to get my pc fixed I now have to pay an additional $1500 in apparent damaged that I believe CyberPowerPC caused. Acoid this company and products at all costs.

    “IF,” you get a chance to purchase this item and actually receive it, this is an amazing buy. Jump on it quickly!!! I’m giving it a one star because the first one I received in the mail had a faulty GPT and I had to return it. I ordered another the same day I returned the faulty one and now I’m stuck waiting with no estimated arrival date. I’m almost positive I’ll be receiving a refund. Good luck if you’ve already ordered one.

    Never buying another cyberpowerpc

    This is the worst PC and manufacturer I have ever owned. Since getting it, the cpu has ran over 90° which damages the CPU and I can barely use it without crashing. I had to send it back for service but their warranty makes you pay for insured shipping to send it back which was $261 for me. The repair did not fix the issue and it is still running hot. I did not get refunded for the failed repair and their response is for me to pay for shipping again to have another warranty service that will likely fail and they refuse to give me a refund or a replacement PC. Their tactic is simply make them pay for enough warranty shippings until they give up and are stuck with our terrible PC. Save your money and buy a laptop as the performance will be similar to this
