I really like the computer that I purchased from Best Buy. This thing is pretty beastly. However, this product does NOT come equipped with a CD drive and does NOT come equipped with wireless. I had to purchase items separately to make sure I could have that.

I have been extremely satisfied with this purchase. I have owned the computer for over a couple months and have had zero problems with it. The Cyberpower keyboard and mouse work great too.

Had to order three computers before I got one that worked but it was worth the wait. Problems with the internal hard drive on the first one and not sure what the problem was with the other. Good price for a gaming computer.

I bought this computer thinking it would be a great gaming pc. Within a week, the SSD drive had stopped working and the RAM had been fried. I sent the pieces back to CyberPower, and they sent me new ones. Those didn't last long either.

    Excellent Product (Thus Far)

I ordered this computer on 6/28/16, at the time there were no reviews for this machine, which was something that made me quite apprehensive in regards of purchasing it. I spent a good deal of time on the phone talking to various Best Buy customer support employees about the components within this machine as well as various details concerning warranty periods. I'd also like to mention that I spent an equal amount of time on the phone with CyberpowerPC customer service reps in regards to similar things discussed with Best Buy employees. After these respective conversations I felt confident enough in this computer that it would be a good fit for me and my needs. Anyway, here's my review: I've had this machine for a total of 2 days so far. The computer was shipped in a cardboard box, inside of the cardboard box were two layers of what appeared to be something similar to sound-dampening foam. Inside of the main box, sandwiched between the two layers of sound-dampening foam, was another box containing the actual computer itself which was secured by 2 industrial styrofoam cushions, inside of the machine there was also some expanding foam which, I'm assuming, was to assure that none of the components within the machine moved or were subject to impact shock during transit. All in all the packing job seemed to fulfill its purpose as intended. I will say that on a personal level I'd prefer something a little more resilient than a cardboard box as the primary container. For example, other computer manufactures will ship computers in wooden crates, which, in my opinion, is how any computer should be shipped-- especially when you're spending $1,500+ on a machine. The installation of Windows 10 took for me about 2 minutes, which was many degrees faster than I had anticipated. Registering the computer took about as much time. I'd advise for anyone purchasing this machine to consider registering your product as this will get you a free year of Mcafee, and, while not the best antivirus out there, a free year's worth of protection on top of whatever else you may choose to add to your personal antivirus/malware arsenal is never a bad thing. So far the computer has performed beyond expectation. I'm primarily using this to do work in Cinema 4d, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and, of course, getting down on some serious games dialed way, way up in the graphics department. Startup/Restart times are insane. The computer is completely ready for use within a matter of seconds, somewhere in the neighborhood of about 8-10 seconds. My previous machine was a late 2012 Mac Mini with a standard mechanical drive, startup/restart times on that machine was around 3-4 minutes before it was completely ready for use. I realize that startup/restart times are also subject to whatever programs you may have resuming function upon startup-- which, presently on this machine is nothing. I was mildly concerned that 2 case fans may not be enough but after throwing some fairly intensive render processes at it, in addition to playing Ryse at 1080p with all settings on their highest option, I feel confident that this fan setup will do just fine. Having said that I do intend to add another fan as I have the space for it and another fan aiding in heat exhaust can't help. One component I wish they had added to the internal components would be a wireless internet card. It's a pretty simple component that wouldn't inflate the cost all that much. I'm not sure if this was a choice that was made to keep this machine at a specific price point or is more a matter of available space. Either way, it doesn't annoy me all to much as there are plenty of quality USB wifi adapters out there that will work just fine with this machine. But, if having out of the box built in wifi is important to you this is something to be aware of. Also, the RAM in this computer is capped at 2100mhz, which isn't the slowest RAM out there, but also isn't the best. For anyone wanting to spec out this already pretty spec'd out computer, I'd recommend picking up some 2400mhz RAM of your preferred brand and installing it into this computer. I ordered a Glam Hobby USB WiFi adapter from Amazon for $30 and I've had no problems with getting a reliable and overall consistently fast signal with it. If you're thinking about ordering this machine I would encourage you to do so as building a machine of your own with all these parts will run you somewhere around $1,700. Which, actually, was what I was intending to do before finding this insane deal on Best Buy's website 2 weeks ago. I have no complaints thus far and if the first 2 days of use are any measure to go by I imagine I will be satisfied with this computer for many years to come.

    Fantastic Computer.

This CyberPower PC desktop has been fantastic for the past few weeks I have been using it for. Mine came with a custom cooled 1070 and a liquid cooled 6700K. One thing I have noticed is how the GPU, or graphic cards, may be different models all in all. You may get a reference model or a custom one. This is sadly however not stated within the descrption. However, temperatures are running very low when under full load (30C) and extremely lower when in idlle (less that 10C) for the GPU whereas the CPU tops out a 30C on all cores. I would however, appreciate air cooling simply given the fact that liquid cooling systems are prone to leakage which may tarnish other components. However when you get a gaming computer, you want good performance, preferabbly more than the PS4 or XONE, and this delivers! Some of the most high end games are maxed out with all the visual goodies added in, and I maintain a solid 60 FPS in them. Games such as the Witcher 3, infamous Crysis 3, and newer games such as Watch Dogs 2 among others will be no problems for these systems delivering smooth, sliky experiences. One of the most major gripes I have however, is the power supply. It comes from a OEM brand called Xtreme Gear, which are prone to crash entire systems if you overclock among other things. These come with all iBuyPower and CyberPowerPC SKUs. If you want to upgrade the system, I would get a more reliable power supply. Aesthetics wise, it's not my favorite. The S340 is a beautiful case, but you get an orange finish within the inside, which breaks the neutral look. Same with peripherals, although those provide great feedback. All in all, this computer is fantastic. It makes the punch for an incredibly good price, and has some great performance to boot. A few flawed manufacturing should be fixed, and if that is the case, I would, without a doubt, recommend this computer. However in it's current state, its still awesome.

Fantastic Amazing PC, but I got a lemon

I bought this PC on the 28th and got it about 9 days later. It is an amazing machine, especially for the price. Unfortunately, I appear to have gotten a lemon. It was a cause to no end of disappointment. This PC is a beautiful combination of components (minus the lack of disk drive and wireless connectivity) that I desperately wanted to see go to work. The issue I encountered was the device would continually lock up, entirely. No blue-screen, or errors, just utterly and completely locked up. The screen would freeze, the keyboard lights would stay lit but would not change if I shut off numslock or anything like that. When I first got the PC, it would lock up every few minutes. Then I seemed to coax a few hours. I tried shutting off power saving options in the BIOS, as I suspected something was wrong with the CPU, but that only brought me time. Then the PC would never awaken from sleep, it would get stuck on a black screen. Given that the PC is completely sold out. I'm really not sure what I'll replace this PC with, the build is nearly perfect for the price. I simply couldn't rate it lower, despite my experience, because I know I was just one of the unlucky ones (Unless we see more reviews come in like mine, then maybe it'll be best to avoid this PC until they work out the kinks.

    Best Bang for your Buck

We bought this computer as a surprise gift for our son after getting straight A's again on his report card. His previous computer was a hand me down Dell XPS that had received numerous upgrades, but just couldn't handle the demand of his favorite games like ARK. The machine arrived even earlier than expected and it delivered pure joy to our son!! The computer was easy to set up and delivered beyond our expectations. My father in law, who is an avid gamer and tech guy was blown away at the performance and value of the machine. He was going to order one too, but they have been out of stock since we purchased this one. Almost a month after purchasing, my son is still thrilled with his new computer. He is constantly showing things to us in his games that he couldn't see before due to older graphics cards and slower speeds. Would definitely recommend this computer!!!!

I just picked up this Gaming PC on Feb 10, 2017. I have to say that I'm extremely impressed. Easy set up, nice open case, quiet fans and it is oh so fast. I've fired up Resident Evil 7 and Conan Exiles as a test. The autodetect on the games automatically set everything to Ultra based on the PC specs. Not sure on frame rate but everything was pretty and ran smoothly. I'm very pleased with my purchase!
