I haven't had any issues so far but I've had it for only two months. Most of the time when a game starts up it sets it to low-medium settings, but it'll easily play games at top settings. It shipped just fine and everything was intact. I definitely recommend this computer.

I absolutely love this computer, I've had it for about 2-3 months, & I haven't had any problems with it. Super fast, great graphics, I'm able to play all my games like WoW, The Sims, Steam games on Ultra/Max settings without any lag or distortion. I had read reviews that the fans on the unit were very loud, I don't find this to be true, you can hear them but it's nothing that would be disturbing at all, more like a low hum. It has no WiFi capabilities, but that was an easy fix, when I picked it up from my Best Buy store I also picked up a Netgear AC1200 High Gain WiFi USB Adapter (Model # A6210) and that fixed the problem, runs just like if you were using a wired/cable connection! Bottom line, I'm glad I purchased this & I would recommend to anyone!

I've had zero problems with the computer and can play any game at the highest level. The only drawbacks are the operating system (Windows 10). It occasionally freezes and a re-boot is required. Windows 10 also automatically updates itself and re-boots without warning. Luckily I had all my work saved or I wasn't in group play when this happened but I'm sure it will eventually. The keyboard and mouse are attractive but seem to be made from a cheap plastic.

The fans are loud, but PC is great. I can run Netflix or iTunes while playing wow on full ultra settings at 40+ fps.

Overall its a really good computer, no issues, runs smooth and graphics look great . One concern before purchase is that problem was that the fan was very loud to replace it.

Not familiar with this brand, but so far so good. Needed assistance from Geek Squad to get correct video cable, but all is working now. My son is very happy.

This is a great gaming PC, plus the Cyberpower customer service is great, too. I had a minor setup issue and the customer service rep was very helpful, p[polite and courteous.

had to replace a stick of ram, but other than that the machine kicks out some excellent gaming fun

I am so happy with my purchase. It can handle absolutely anything I throw at it. Anything from Fallout 4 on medium to high to Skyrim on everything max. I can't believe how great this runs too. It was all set up perfectly right out of the box and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great gaming PC. It even lights up inside. Never gets too loud and stays cool under the most graphic intense games. it looks really cool from the outside as well. I am going to be a CyberpowerPC customer for a long time.

I ordered it in September and it arrived pretty quickly, but I noticed that is was super slow. I took it in and it had a bad hard drive. I returned it and ordered a new one, they messed up the order and it took another week to arrive. Once it did get here, it was super loud, which was fixed with replacing the fans with new fans and a water cooler. And the internet was wired, which wasn't a big deal. After all the trouble and that it is set up, it works great and is a good computer for gaming.

ATTENTION BUYERS: EVEN THOUGH THE SPECIFICATIONS DON'T MENTION IT, THIS COMPUTER DOES IN FACT HAVE A VGA SLOT FOR YOUR MONITOR! I SPENT A FAT WAD OF CASH ON A HDMI MONITOR ONLY TO REALIZE TOO LATE THAT MY OLD MONITOR WOULD'VE WORKED JUST FINE. Now that that's out of the way... I was able to set up the entire rig in under an hour, and upon firing up the PC, the fans roared to life and I got to work installing all the programs I use. The PC was as user-friendly as a Windows 10 PC gets, but it was made even better by how quickly the system was able to start installing and executing programs. The next day when I went to play some RAM and VRAM-intensive games, (READ: Fallout 4) the program detected my system's hardware and automatically set the graphics settings to "Ultra." And, amazingly, the game ran incredibly smooth even with all graphical settings maxed out and 50+ mods installed. Plus, with a solid 16GB RAM to spare, it's also a perfect workhorse (as I later discovered) for programs like Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk 3DS MAX. Suffice to say, this PC is a monster.

My previous HP died suddenly and we had to replace. Wanted something powerful in the upgrade and this was recommended by the Best Buy associate. I was a little nervous not having previous experience with Cyberpowerpc but decided to give it a try. The computer had to be ordered which took a couple of weeks but the unit arrived in good condition. The only disappointment is that it does not have a wireless card. Seems like all systems today should have wireless functionality. To my surprise it does have Bluetooth so that was great to find out. Would recommend. Very powerful PC. Nice and quiet too.

Great Computer waited a week for it to be delivered from the CyberpowerPC to the store when we got it and got it unpacked the only issue I had was the front fan was not snapped in place which is a easy fix after calling technical support which where very helpful in the situation. The computer comes with the Azza Gaming Mouse and Keyboard, A GIGABYTE 78LMT-USB3 AM3+ Socket Mother Board. The Graphics card is awesome although it takes up all the available slots so if your looking to expand to add say another graphics card it will not work but if you LAN card fails or your audio fails or you want to upgrade it can be there is just one slot available on that end. The whole Case does light up as it is shown very impressed

This is my first Desktop PC and I like to game alot online and have used only laptops to date. This PC is obviously much more powerful than most laptops and the graphics abiity allows me to see the game detail and high fps just like I wanted. I would have given it 5 stars but only a week after I received it, the power supply went out and I had to pay to take it out and ship it back so I could get a replacement.

Computer runs beautifully, and the fans aren't that loud. Would recommend for computer users. 10/10

Amazing out of the box! Extremely easy and fast to setup. Cool to the touch, and quiet as a mouse. The Graphics are Awesome all the time, and the fps are Heavenly with all the mmorpg's tried so far. the design is efficient, and the exhibition side shows off the sweet hardware under the blue glow from the rear fan. The only thing that would make this even More Awesome, being able to choose the led color, or having a cascade, OR random color choice to choose from.

Its a little noisy but that really doesn't bother me at all, It runs great and is fast and responsive with space to upgrade if you want, but i wouldnt need to, great graphics card and processor!
