    I recently purchased this machine on Best Buy.com I just received it today. As I was logging into the machine for the first time, the machine crashed with a "Critical Process Died" error and restarted the machine. It then continued to have several more instances of the blue screen error before I packed the machine up and took it to the nearest store. I am beyond frustrated with this machine and company. There is absolutely no reason for a fresh out of the box machine to EVER crash like that. It's absurd. DO NOT PURCHASE.
