Great PC but I opened it with a broken piece and hard drive was installed sideways. I'm also missing my Windows 10 product key. I would give this 4 Stars but customer services on both BestBuy and Cyberpower have not acknowledged my issue. :/

This PC was very well put together. Processor, Memory, HDD, network (Both WiFi & Wired) and Video card are all top notch products that work great with Gaming applications. The PC is very quiet and fast. There is plenty of room for expansion for future growth if and when it is needed. They sell many different model configurations to meet any ones needs.

I used my laptop for gaming for the last two years, and could barely run any games on high Fps. But on this , I can play most of my games on high settings and still have High Fps.

I got this machine for online gaming, and it's great for that, but the keyboard has at least one key that only works sometimes (the letter "T", to be specific).

I just bought this rig as just as something that's very basic yet would always have room to upgrade. It did crash the first couple days after I bought it, but afterwards it runs just fine.

Does what it need to do for beginner. Easy startup.

... and he plays League of Legends non stop. The backup disc is not your typical disc either. Pick and choose if any one driver gets messed up and a restore is easily accomplished without a major overhaul. Good value for the money.

This would be the perfect gaming computer if the mouse that came with computer was compatible with windows 10.

Nothing special, unable to load most modern day games due the processor being outdated even back in 2015. Good for business, terrible for gaming

This is my second cyberpower PC, not as quick as my first one, but It's a good computer if you are a light gamer like me. I don't play too many games, so I knew before purchasing this computer that I wouldn't be putting too many on it. I am not sure how it would do if you were to install space eating games like skyrim for instance. I have no complaints about the speed of my gameplay, much better then my laptop that I was using as a secondary! lol As others have mentioned, there is no built in bluetooth or WiFi on this PC. You will receive a WiFi adaptor, the same as you would purchase in stores, as well as a bluetooth adaptor. It's convenient though if you don't want to go buy your own. The only problem I seem to be having with it, is that the windows 10 that was installed is not activated. The product key that was put into the settings from cyberpower doesn't work, and the disk that was given is only in a paper sleeve, with no other information with it. I believe I was suppose to receive an ACTIVATED windows with this PC. I wasn't given a product key to try to re-input it myself (if it was put in incorrectly). It has never worked from the moment I turned on the PC. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this to a friend is because they are all major gamers, or not gamers at all, so this wouldn't be a computer they'd want. For anyone else, looking for a good little comp for some light gaming, this is the computer for you! Good deal =)

The PC is quiet, fast, and has a great look. There is plenty of room to expand with multiple available bays. And having two fans does help greatly in cooling. This PC is great for anyone, even the non gamer. Excellent value for money.

This is not for gaming waste of money and really screwed me over before I knew about computers

I do not know a whole lot about computers, but this one is terrific. Plenty of RAM and storage space and runs games and applications smoothly with high settings. If you are looking for a gaming computer for a great price, this is the one you need.

this is by far the best computer i have ever owned and for the price i think this is a steal! im sure there are better ones that are more powerful and can do more but this one is perfect for my online games! it looks awesome and is super quiet when running. very easy to hook up and everything was installed so i was online and playing my game within 10 minutes of opening the box! the best part is that it can be easily updated so if i do need it to run a more complex game in the future i can just get the updated parts and install them. very good computer for someone just starting out or for someone who has been playing on a laptop and was in need of a serious upgrade like me!

The PC is great, quiet , easy to set up I haven't quite figured out how to play a DVD yet but plan to call to find out - the color looks great it is fast!

My experience with this PC has been great so far. I'm APC gamer and game developer Andi must say when it comes to both playing and designing this machine delivers. I highly recommend this PC to anybody looking to get a good desktop for a great price

Right out of the box the computer was a little beat up. Some of the panels were pushed inwards, and the vent covering the front fan was almost completely falling off. Whoever assembled the machine must have done a rush job. The Hard Drive was jammed into it's slot and was sitting crooked. Despite all that, I was able to fix everything and get it working. The computer seemed to run well, although I could never get it to stay asleep. The computer would wake up every 20 or 30 minutes and start fanning very loudly, then shut back off. This was very annoying, especially at night. After about 3 weeks the computer began rebooting with no warning. It got so bad that I couldn't be on the computer for more than a few minutes before it would reboot in the middle of whatever I was doing. I configured the system to show me an error instead of rebooting when a fatal system error occurred, apparently it was an issue with the Memory being faulty. After a few days of dealing with that, the computer completely shut down and I couldn't even get Windows to boot. The computer would turn on, fans and all, I would get the initial start up screen, and then it would just turn black. I couldn't even use the recovery disc that came with the computer to attempt to reinstall Windows. All of this happened within the span of about a month. After I tried everything in my power to fix the problem, I decided it was just time to take the thing back and get a refund. It's a real shame, considering that the computer performed well for the short time it was working..

After having been playing games on a laptop for the past few years, this has been a nice relief. Although it isn't set up to play newer games at high/ultra quality, it can still get things done pretty well, and the ability to also upgrade it in the future is something that I really appreciate about this product, making it a good place to start off from.
