I love this Pc, Very beautiful and worth the price for what you are recieving.

Great PC. Runs like a dream and does everything i needed it do and then some Looks great and runs great only con i have with this is it would overheat with the front plate on. Removed it and runs fine

I want to preface that I was given all the help possible from Best Buy and I really appreciate the effort given from the employees at my location, but this PC was a disaster. First time I ordered this PC everything looked great, the system looked clean, flashy, nice gpu, parts all looked correct and in solid fashion. Then once I downloaded my games everything went downhill... All of my games downloaded perfectly fine and were running smoothly and looking great, then the games kept freezing and shutting off. In an effort to resolve the problem I bought 16gbs of ram and swapped them out, which ended up making no difference at all. I ended up returning the system and we ordered a new one hoping that it was a rare case and the system was just faulty. This is where the second problem occurred. This time when I picked up the PC and brought it home, I opened a box with a bigger mess than before. The PC now had a dent in the top right corner, several plastic screws were broken within the system, the power cord wasn't even provided, and when I used another power cord I had laying around my office and plugged it in, the rgb on the fans didn't even work. I was very disappointed with this product and would not advise anyone to buy from cyberpower. I even tried to call the cyberpower tech support and was on hold for an hour just for them to tell me that I had to return the PC again. Bad experience overall.

Amazing PC for the price! Easy installation and easy to use. Runs extremely smooth, would highly recommend if looking for a gaming PC or desktop in general. Looks amazing as well.

So far, junk, will not update Nvidia drivers, crashes to blue screen and recovery constantly, when I do finally get it running, crashes soon as windows 11 updates

Everything was going great. Then everything was going terrible. I was excited to get this. Then I was excited to get rid of it. Can't even express my frustration with this product. Try to run warzone on all low settings and it crashes each time. Tried it 3x and if I try a 4th time I may break something. BTW. idk.

This is the 2nd CyberPowerPC that I have bought and wouldn't work past windows load up. CyberPowerPC Doesn't test anything and throws cheap junk together. Will NEVER buy this brand again

I purchased this PC after watching a few reviews and reading some reviews and what I gathered is you just never know what your getting if you're spending less than 2,000.00 dollars on a gaming PC. Some good, some bad, some terrible. So going in my hopes were not too high. Set it up, everything looked good and ran perfect. The only 2 games I've tried so far were Elite Dangerous Odyssey and Dying light 2. Both ran flawlessly and looked amazing. Keep in mind this is a midrange PC. I upgraded the CPU cooler before turning it on to a coolermaster as I've heard this may be a weak point in some prebuilts. Also put in 16gb of ram on top of the 8gb. So far so good. And it runs so quietly you wouldn't even know its on. Great PC. Would recommend.

It's a decent product, as this is my first gaming desktop, I'm very pleased with the product I got for the price. I don't play super large games that require much graphics, so this was the best possible desktop given my limited budget and size for the games I can now play.

This PC is what i was looking for. it was a good price for the punch it packed. thanks to best buy and cyberpower i can do school online and play games:)

this pc i aswome it work good with 8GB ram and add another 8GB ram and it will be great

it was the best PC IVE EVER BOUGHT AND THE DEAL WAS GREAT.

I got one of these after my boyfriend was happy with his. Things were great for a couple years. Then his graphics card crapped and and so did mine. Very expensive part to replace and pathetic a gaming computer graphics card died so quickly. Can't run 2 minitors anymore. 0 stars.
