Experience with PC

I went from a constant 45 fps for most games to frame rates that I never would have thought to see one day. This PC was a good purchase.

Didn’t work out of the box.

When I hooked it up and turn it on the screen had green lines through it. I tried another monitor and it was doing the same thing. Best Buy had great customer service and helped me with my decision to exchange it for another type of PC. Not sure if it was a fluke or if this brand is just made cheaply.

Good pc

I can play any game on almost ultra-high settings. I did see that 500 GB of storage is a little small (for me, at least), but I can always add more. The setup was straightforward (plug and play), and with 16 GB of ram, it can run with multiple tabs/programs open.

Came With the Wrong Specs

Solid Prebuilt

The CPU is great for what I'll be using it for and you can't go wrong with a 3000 series GPU. Only issue I have is with the CPU cooler. Using a stock Intel cooler on a K series CPU isn't a wise move. I already have a aio in the way

great PC for beginners and looking for a bargain

I powered it on and it was scielent and right now its making no noise. It is staying cool as for now.

Good build quality.

Individual parts right now are outrageously expensive, so buying a prebuilt machine is almost a no brainer. I've yet to test the performance but the build quality and cable management from the factory is grade A. I love the tempered glass all the way around it and the RGB with the custom color schedules are very cool. Solid purchase

The problem was in the power supply and the store said it would not solve the problem. They just returned the money. There is not enough staff in the store, the service is very poor. I do not recommend the product for purchase.
