I want to start off by saying I bought this system due to the recent GPU shortage. Right off the bat, the first thing wrong with this system was the fact that the case was heavily damaged. The box seemed fine so I had no clue how it was damaged until I had to pack it up to move. That’s how I found out the styrofoam insert was not the right size and the system was probably forced in and shipped broken from the factory itself. CyberPower was willing enough to replace it but their RMA process required I ship out the entire system. I asked to instead receive a partial refund but they refused. So I was forced to replace the case out of my own pocket. Following that, the only other problems I found were concerning the power supply which came from Apevia, a manufacturer who had increasing mixed reviews. And the wireless card installed, which started glitching out after a month of use. My only critique is the size of motherboard used, which was an AsRock B460M Pro4, a micro-ATX board in a mid size case. If they wanted to cut corners, I would’ve preferred they used a cheaper smaller case instead of using cheap power supplies and network cards. All the other components are adequate quality and work as intended with no issues at all. Buying prebuilts like this can give you mixed results, but given the recent shortage of computer components, I’d say it’s a better deal than trying to buy a system yourself.

Great PC for the Price.. I Primarly Use it as My Streaming PC and it Does Exceptionally Well Paired With my Elgato 60s+ Not to Mention it Handles Your High FPS Games with Ease! Only Thing i will upgrade is the GTX1650 Graphics Card in the Future When The Inflated Prices Come down lol.. Overall Nice All Around Nice PC!

Has everything you need. Fired up out of the box with no issues and was able to merge everything from my old laptop onto this seamlessly. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a budget PC that can do everything that the non budget PCs can do. Graphics card is a little below average but it is still very good for most games. I play most of my games on console so that doesn't really matter to me(got this computer for Adobe Creative Cloud)

Not disappointed at all , it’s a nice looking pc with a remote to change the rgb color . It arrived safe and was packaged really good .The only problem is the mouse that comes with it. The two buttons were pushed in and as you clicked it would make a squeaky noise . I tried getting it out but it didn’t work :(

very good product only in best buy it says that it is 500gb of ssd peeo wn actually it is 465 but everything apart from that very well I recommend them

Setup was very easy. Two of my fans weren't connected so I had to do with myself, which wasn't all that difficult. Other than that all is well. Start up is very fast and not bad for a gaming pc.

This a great gaming PC! I really love using it, and have yet to find a game it cannot handle. I personally like the ability to change the internal lights as well. I often change it to match the aesthetic of the game I'm playing.

Great pc runs alot of games pretty well, this includes: valorant, league, golf with friends, and more. I suggest buying a hard rive and upgrading that as 500 gb is not much at all but it's an easy upgrade so 10/10 for me

Decided to get into pc gaming. This seemed like a good place to start. I was right. What an easy pc to get up and running. Hardly any time at all. Runs super fast and no issues

Awesome pc for chill gaming the graphics card is good the only bad thing is, the keyboard but not expecting anything too good. It comes with zip ties for cable management. On fortnite if you have a 144hz monitor you will get about 500 to 800 fps.

I love that this PC is a good price and runs good so far. I been running Rocket league, War Zone, and Scavengers.

Good quality machine. Runs Fortnite, Minecraft and Roblox without a hitch. Fancy lights add a little pizazz!

only had for a few days so far, but it runs very smooth. Haven't tried any games that would test it's limits as of yet. pretty easy set up. was not working at first but called customer service and they quickly helped me find that the memory cards came a lil loose in transit.
