The computer arrived on time and the packaging was intact. Easy to set up and functions great for my needs. The computer is mainly used for video editing and stock trading/ charting software. Smooth executions and runs video editing and charting software without any issues. It is currently running three monitors with no problems. Comes with 4 display ports so no splitter is needed. This computer is by far the best computer I have ever owned. A huge improvement from my gaming laptop. Cons. The only problem I can report is that the mouse came damaged. I did not realize it until the day after I had set the system up. I tried to return the mouse to the local Best Buy store but was told the only way to get a replacement was to return the entire system. Unfortunately the system is already set up and is also not available at this time.

Bought this PC in April and I got to say it’s a good bang for you buck computer during these times. However, I had issues with the PC crashing at random times, and at first I thought the GPU was overheating because all the fans would kick into maximum cooling mode with the monitor disconnecting. Took it back to Best Buy and the told my drivers were out of date, but I know that was a lie. Still had issues even afterwards, so I decided to add more fans, which still didn’t fix the issue. Then I decided to upgrade to a bigger power supply (evga gold 750w) , as the one that I got with mine was really bottom of the barrel (600w). Fixed all the issues I was having. So if you have the same problems I was having try looking at your power supply first!!

This is such a good deal. I've been looking for awhile and when I came across this I felt I had to buy it. I was lucky to even get it to be honest. I love the specs and haven't had any problems whatsoever. I will say if anyone has any issues with Office saying "it needs to activated" just update it and it'll go away because when you first get a PC that should literally be the first thing you do to make sure the notification doesn't pop up over and over.

    Not a bad price for a pre-built

A great pc, honestly I did see the reviews before hand buying this pc. And I finally made my choice. If youre looking for your very first pd build and this is it. You could try and build one but with the shortage of gpus you would probably spend the same amount as if you had one (considering youre starting from scratch). This pc can run all the games at a decent framerate. Cold war at 100+ and many others triple AA games. I saw some complains about the fan noise, while you can hear them theyre not that loud. Honestly wear a headset and youll forget about the noise. No complains other than that. This pc can last you for 5-7 years until you decide to upgrade it, I mean even more depending how demanding games will be in the future but for now its a good 5 years however this does invole the way you take care of it. I suggest if you will or have bought this pc. Check how to clean it properly so it will last you awhile. Also put the pc in an open space rather than a tight space, air needs to come out. Clean it every few months. The filters are easy to locate you could clean those every month.

Like anyone. Purchased for gpu. Used other bits to upgrade wifes pc. Got decent hardware ASUS TUF MOBO, WD 500 NVME, Barracuda 1TB HDD. 3060 was EVGA. Only part that was meh was the 600w APEVIA Power supply. Although it is 80 Plus gold and have had no issues so far. Memory did come in dual channel which is alot to ask for sometimes in prebuilds

I was worried at first about if it would come in one piece when getting it shipped but the PC had great packaging and the GPU was secured inside with foam. Great PC runs great and the cable management is 10/10.

Great product! This is what I could come up with as far as what actually came with the box and components. - Cyberpower case (little on the big side imo) - EVGA power supply not modular. - ASROCK Motherboard B450m pro 4 ATX - Ballistix red 16GB RAM - Zotac Gaming RTX 3060 - Unknown 500 gb nvme SSD. Good performance though. - cypberpower PC Peripherals, the mouse has RGB so that's a cool addon Overall though I tried to price check all the components and they're definitely not ripping you off for what you pay for. Would definitely recommend buying it.

I'm the type of person to prefer to DIY a pc rather than purchase a prebuilt but I needed a desktop pc and I refuse to pay scalper prices for graphics cards out of principle. When this pc came available it had the best price to performance out of the other prebuilts BestBuy had and even Cyberpower's other offerings. I expected to not like the case but now that its sitting on my desk I actually don't mind it. The build quality and cable management was a lot better than I was expecting for $1400, the parts chosen are quality and I think they should stand the test of time. Mine came with a Gigabyte 3060 and what I believe to be an EVGA powersupply but I don't want to take apart the computer to confirm that. (I matched the font on the cables to an EVGA powersupply I own). In summation this computer is worth the asking price.

I waited 11 patient days for this and IT WAS WORTH IT! GPU - Zotac Gaming Twin Edge OC 12GB (ZT-A30600H-10M) Mobo - ASRock B460M PRO4S/ac RAM - 2 x Ballistix 8GB DDR4-3000 (mobo has 4 slots but the slot closest to the CPU fan looks like it will be tight or won't fit) PSU - EVGA 600 Watt GD (80 Plus Gold rated) The case is huge with lots of air flow and great cable management behind the scenes. The RGB is nice and comes with a remote controller to turn on/off. Overall, if you want to play AAA titles in 1080P/2K on Ultra with incredible FPS this is the rig for you. 4K gaming it can handle on some settings and tweaks, but at that point I just play 2k settings.

This product didn't just get 5 stars because I'm partial to my new PC. It truly deserves the 5 stars. I've had the PC for a couple of weeks now and put it through absolutely everything without experiencing any challenges. The temps stay low, the build quality is superb, and you absolutely can't beat the value. Though this PC is out of stock right now, you'd be very smart to keep an eye out and pick yourself up one. I've never gotten a prebuilt, but in the future I'll always make sure it's a CyberPower.

Machine came quickly - will give them that. A minor inconvenience from there and an overall hot machine are kinda bleh. First of all - windows wasn't activated and it said my key was invalid. So that was a thing I had to deal with that I didn't want to. And, I cannot believe how much hotter this machine is than an almost identical one we also just got from a different manufacturer. I don't know if it's poor fan placement, or if the CPU / different brand gpu (same geforce 3060) is really making it generate that much more heat. The GPU sits at least 10-15 degrees celsius hotter than its near identical counterpart. Also, one of the fans makes an awful buzzing noise when it slows down or ramps up. Anyway, the machine worked out of the box, so that was nice. I haven't actually had to talk to CyberPowerPC - so I'll call it a win. The keyboard and mouse are lol - would never buy these. These garbage rainbow deals need to have physical on / off switches for their lights.

This computer is an overall 5/5 star rating. My last few pc's have been custom built and recently my dog spilled a large cup of sweet tea from Subway across my last one. I was a little fessed up with him up until I got ahold of this beast of a pc. It was a major upgrade from what I last had and I am very satisfied with it. It's perfect for gaming on every platform such as Steam, Epic Games, Riot and a great example is how it runs Rust. On maximum settings I keep my FPS capped at 70 and still runs as smooth as butter. Would definitely recommend this pc.

The PC arrived well packed and earlier than expected. Runs well and has good cable management. The parts inside are all mid level name brand which is better than expected for a prebuilt. Also, with the GPU market the way it currently is the price on this is better than you could get building your own. The only things I might change within the next year or two would be upgrading the power supply and RAM. But overall it runs better than expected and would definitely order a CyberpowerPC again.

This thing is a beast for the price, especially consider GPU prices right now. The only thing I'm really considering upgrading is the storage capacity so I can download more games to play lol. It runs everything pretty flawlessly, I can play games like rocket league pretty much maxed at 1080p and steady 200 fps. I have been recommending to friends but they sell out within a day so good luck!

Pros: PC works great out of the box. I can play Baldur’s Gate on high settings with no issue at all. I can have many tabs open in the background or even have Visual Studio running while gaming. I did the math and you definitely are getting a fair deal for the parts they give you/time you would spend getting the parts (especially considering the ongoing GPU shortage). The case has a ton of space and the lighting system is nice touch. The audio/USB ports at the top of the machine make plugging in peripherals very easy. Larger VRAM on the 3060 makes it a nice card for people working with deep learning. Cons: If you want to game in 4K, I’d recommend getting a build with at least a 3060 ti. The 3060 does ok with modern games in 4K, but does struggle with some. My main workload was coding/deep learning and then gaming on the side for fun. I was totally ok with 1080p gaming/30fps 4k gaming so the 3060 was a great choice for me. Only issue I had was my case was slightly dented on one side.
