Customers appreciate the Gamer Xtreme Gaming Desktop's overall performance. However, some customers have experienced issues with the CPU overheating, leading to system shutdowns, particularly under load. This appears to be related to inadequate cooling. More effective cooling solutions may improve the user experience.

Generally speaking, this computer is good. but it has two problems:
1. the computer case has a crack on the top. see the pic
2. the CPU is very easy to overheat and shutdown. I have to turn down the maximum processer state.

Decent price for the parts but CyberPower cheaped out on the CPU cooler so it will be thermal throttling and running at a constant 100 degrees while you are doing any kind of gaming or even just running other processes that would bring it over ~25% load. The case also has very poor airflow which isn't helping that situation.
Aside from the cooling I am very impressed and happy with the purchase, but I took off 2 stars because making a product that is always thermal throttling is really inexcusable to me. It would have been a few more dollars for them to upgrade that cooler to something adequate.

Great PC and great Price for at the time of ordering. There were some issues such as the case fans being flipped the wrong way making it so it only sucked air out rather than in. Other than that it was a great purchase.

Computer is really awesome graphic card is very powerful speed is decent but there is a big BUT, DONT BUY IT unless if you are willing to spend 120 dollars on colling system cause the fan that it comes on the system is pretty crab and cheap which will result into over heating the CPU and shutting down the system , manufacturer is cheap they know there is issues with the products and you cant even get a hold on them, other than that after i changed the fan system has been running smoothly and i had no problem playing high graphic video games

I been in desperate need of a new video card and thanks to the craziness of today. It's almost impossible or ludicrously expensive. For the price of the 3060 Ti ($1,200 at the time of this review), I can buy this desktop and upgrade my whole system. Haven't used the system too much and I normally prefer to build all my computers. So far, it's been running smooth and quick and easy to setup. Home to get years out of it.

I honestly built my own PC several times but needed one of the new GPUs and got one of these to help. That was AMAZING because this thing had 10x better cable management and saved me HOURS of time. It's fun, but time is money and if I paid myself to build it I would of came out worse off building myself. Totally worth it.
