This pc has been very good to me, runs very smooth, starts up as it should and runs my games (sims 4, Fortnite, GTA 5, etc) with ease. Only thing is that the fan is loud when running hard

It is an amazing pc and it runs as smoothly as it should be after a 6 months of heavily using.

Purchased this system to replace an old high-end laptop that was beginning to get frustrating! This has been great so far. It's also the first system I have used with Windows 11. That is taking some transition time. Lol!

More than powerful enough to play any new games on max settings at 1440p 144hz. Nice clean design and will be easy to upgrade when the time comes. Maybe a little pricier than building a gaming pc yourself but 100% worth it!

i had another pc before this (not gonna say the brand) which was very expensive but unreliable. This pc however as been the very best! gaming experience is great. i recommend this pc for anyone!

I just setup my new CyberPowerPC and it was an extremely quick and easy process. I was up and running in no time. This is an upgrade of my old 11 year PC and what a difference. Can't wait to start gaming on this beast!

I originally purchased a CyberPowerPC for my son last September 2022 and purchased the 3 year protection plan as well. Seven months later, my son told me his computer just stopped working. I contacted Best Buy Geek Squad and took the product in for repair. One week later, I was informed that the computer was not able to be repaired due to the mother board had malfunctioned. Claire made the process very easy to understand when we were told at the store that the same gaming computer was not an option. Claire made the price match for an even better computer and assisted me in the repurchase of another 3 year protection plan. I highly recommend anyone purchasing electronics to spend the extra money for the protection plan. You never know when it may go bad. Thank you so much Claire!

I just got this computer to upgrade my gaming system. My older system was struggling to keep up with the newer games, but this one runs them all perfectly. It is quiet and fast and I could not be happier with my purchase.

I purchased the CyberpowerPC Gamer Extreme series from Bestbuy. I Was shopping around for a while after my laptop took a dump and found that this PC had all the bells and whistle that I needed to get back into the grind!

This PC is absolutely amazing. The storage is a huge upgrade from the gaming laptop I used to have and the gameplay is the best part. The framerate is high and the gameplay is extra smooth.

I've had this pc for about a week. and I've been happy with it. This is my first pc, and it does everything I want it to and with good performance. Would recommend for someone trying to get into the PC realm.

PC was easy to setup and is performing excellent. Great built to start.

Having the machine for a couple months now I can confirm it is an amazing machine to have if you need something to work with for a mid range buy. My only problem with it is that it will occasionally freeze up while playing games that give it a heavy load but that I probably more of a fault of the GPU having an issue more than the PC itself.

This is a great machine out of the box. I added some more ram to it and it is amazing now, it's able to run most games on high graphics with ease.

out of the box - had a horrid noise coming from the power supply. it reduced over time but you could still hear the fan rubbing. the POST would get stuck about half the time and you would have to power down and wait several minutes. ended up after all the updates confirmed issue still happened and played the latest Star Wars high graphic game (operational wise for performance of the game and graphics were quite impressive) but the concern of the intermittent POST failure and noise power supply from out of the box was just too concerning, we returned.

It’s beastly at a decent price point. I mostly play wow and have had zero lag/ low frame rates. I did have to get a new backup power supply. My 550 watt one wasn’t enough

As someone with no previous PC building experience, I really appreciate the guides they included with my purchase. It made it less confusing. So far, ive had no issues with my purchase.

The computer arrived on time, and was easy to unpack and set up! It worked right away, and I was able to start working in just a few minutes.  definitely the best bang for your buck!

New to PC gaming. Bought this based on recommendations from friends based on components. I have played a couple of vr games with this through steam and it seems to run fine. The only negative I have to say is based on the installed aura software for the lights. When I would attempt to open the app the lights would quit working and app would crash. Upon research I found armoury crate app that allows you to control the lights, monitor temps and control fan speeds. I also had an issue with connecting Bluetooth devices to the computer. The drivers from the Bluetooth properties were up to date but needed to be updated through armoury crate. No issues since.

This Prebuilt Gamer PC is prefect for me and I love everything about it! It handles all my games and streams with zero lag! A must have if you are in the market for a gaming PC.
