I purchased 2 of these towers during Black Friday timeframe 2019, price matched to Amazon. My fiance's computer has an issue after about 2 months with the graphics card, and while I absolutely believe in getting the extra protection, after buying two full rigs + peripherals, I was tapped out and rolled the dice.. Thankfully the manufacturer's protection covered it (customer service was great!); we just paid shipping cost and waited about 3 weeks for it to be fixed and returned, then it was good as new! Aside from that hiccup, neither computer has had any issues. We use them for gaming on Ultra settings (Destiny 2, World of Warcraft) with plenty of add-ons, streaming movies / music, storage for tons of photos / videos and video editing software. Prior to purchase, I was skeptical of the brand because I hadn't been in the market for computers for years (and the brand name sounded sketchy), but with the great customer service, workhorse performance, filling all our needs, and inexpensive price point, it was a no-brainer and we are happy, daily, with our purchase!

I bought this for my son he loves it this is a great beginner pc has all the bells and whistles to start up So far we haven’t had any issues the graphic are good storage is decent and speeds are also pretty good we’ve played tons of games with no issues rainbow 6 siege depth, call of duty modern warefare , fortnite great computer for the price

This pc is very attractive and runs smoothly on any game, such as minecraft with shaders or fortnite with high settings and still run above 100 fps. 10/10 great bang for your buck.

Nice fast startup, no bloatware apart from Microsoft's stuff, and runs VERY quietly (though I haven't pushed the graphics hard yet.) Comes with a remote for the fan LED's which is good (you can turn them off!) Only complaint is the keyboard is cheap (though it doesn't look it) - a couple of the number pad keys stuck right out of the box, so the number pad isn't much use.

DO NOT I repeat do not buy from this awful company, to a point of reference on Jan 22nd u decided to buy this computer because of all the great reviews why not? I've wanted a new desktop since 2006 so I get to my desktop it comes in the mail Jan 31st I was happy and excited not even 4 days go by and the thing dies on me fully completely dies the os is gone the boot drive is nowhere to be found I couldnt even reload windows onto to it that's how bad it was so update to Jan 31st i return it I get a replacement for the pc as I'm writing this it's the 4th of February 2020 and I go to set up the new desktop all happy i was a game not a heavy graphical game mind you and it crashed in less than 3 hours THREE HOURS cyberpower is trash their computers are trash and their customer service people dont care obviously they care about making money on a lackluster product that dare calls itself a gaming computer. Heade my warning dont go through the month of stress.i did you'll regret it this pc company makes HP look like alienware.

I bought the computer during a black friday sale and i'm not disappointed! It's got plenty of power for what I play, which is World of Warcraft and for my wifes Sims 4. It looks great and its awesome being able to choose the colors for the fans with the remote. Overall, good purchase without any buyers remorse.

I love this computer! It plays gta v online, portal and star dew valley all perfectly. Its super fast. Its leds are really nice and customizable. The mouse and keyboard that came with it are really crisp and responsive

This is a great pc for most gamers. Completely upgradable which gives lots of options. Its lighting fast on start up and shut down. Plays Iracing without a hitch. The RGB lights are great and it comes with a remote control so you can easily customize to suit you. The keyboard and mouse are real nice, mouse has lights changing colors. It was packaged very nicely. It's a clean unit with see through glass side to see all your goodies inside. The fans keep it nice and cool and they are very quiet. I highly recommend this brand and this model. This company uses all top quality products.

This machine is great for the price. The internal components are of great quality for an affordable price. This PC runs very smooth with some case color lighting for effect. Plenty of SSD space paired with a strong CPU and GPU create for a comfortable PC gaming experience. Most games will run in high settings no problem and is very powerful for everyday use. Worth the buy.

This a great gaming computer, especially for the price. Has all the bells and whistles! My son loves it!

I'm able to run, obs, pretzel, mix it up, discord, mutiple tabs on a browser, voice mod and a game at the same time, with no problems.

I got this computer on sale and I haven't had a single problem with it. It's way faster than my old one and is way quieter too.

I've had this computer for about a week and I love it! I bought my own mechanical keyboard because the keyboard they provided was pretty cheap. Runs Halo Reach excellent! Very smooth and fast computer, would recommend to anyone making the switch from console to PC like me

This is replacing a computer I built about 8 years ago that finally died. I purchased this for about the cost and this is such an improvement all around. The lights are amazing and the keyboard and mouse are surprisingly good. It’s quiet, has WiFi, looks amazing, and has great performance.

First gaming PC, I don't know a lot about computers and set up was a breeze. Took about 10-15min to get it running.
