Comes with a mouse and keyboard. Set up was easy, but I can't figure out how to get the microphone on my headset to work. It will only work with Bluetooth headset. Hopefully, this can be resolved with a call to Best Buy or CyberPower. Might just be the settings. Everything else works great for the price, and my games run smoothly.

Can play any game at ultra without difficulty or the slightest delay. Not to mention my kid loves to come over and change the colors on the fans :P. Only real issue was that I had an HDMI and a DVI hookup for my monitors, needed to buy a 15$ adapter (new video card has 2 outs HDMI and displayport). Would happily recommend to others

Great all around

The package even arrived earlier than expected with the coronavirus pandemic currently happening.

It runs relatively smoothly, not to mention the many configurations of lights are cool. One thing I'm not sure was exclusive to my model or not is that the fan by the graphics card is obscenely loud. Of course, I have headphones that block out noise so it doesn't affect me too too much.

Looks nice but it is Garbage

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 3rd Cyberpower pc i bought and the only one that didnt freeze up out the box. This one went bad shortly after best buy return date expired. The problems start with Cortana and then continue to where there is only a black reboot screen and none of the functions like system restore or safe mode work. There is no resurrecting the computer. Even reinstalling Windows 10 will not solve the problem. Keep in mind at this point i had only installed a few music programs, all paid for and legit. So now here i am paying for a computer that only worked for about 30 days. Please dont make the same mistake i did.

Worked for 1 day then kept messing up

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to return this pc due to having multiple issues with it within less than a week of owning it. The first day it worked fine, no issues. The second day it started freezing occasionally and would stay frozen until manually shutting off the computer from the tower. Many other problems occurred including windows not booting correctly and having to reinstall windows. Even after all that the computer still kept freezing within 5 minutes of play so I just returned it. I'm sure I was just unlucky and it was just the 1 pc that was messed up.

It worked perfectly right out of the box and I was able to download the games I wanted and get started right away. All games I have played are run at a great FPS. I would buy this product again.

There are plenty of online Tutorials by CyberPowerPC to help with the onboarding process. I am excited to add additional upgrades to get the best gaming experience possible!
