I got this PC as my first PC, so far the PC running perfect.

All customer pictures for this item shows their Ram Sticks with RGB Lighthing. If you’ve purchased this PC in mid to late Dec’25, you’re not getting what’s pictured and instead your pc build will come with NON-RGB Ram Sticks. Unfortunately, I was a victim of this and received Red T-Force Vulcan NON RGB Ram Sticks. This is something that was never noted on the item page before buying and seems as if CyberPower has done this change quietly without notifying Best Buy about it. This whole change results in false advertisement from what a buyer is looking at on the pictures, then buying the item, and receiving something else. Aside from this, the pc performs well, but the fans can get noisy at times.

Insanely good spec and quality for the price , plays CS at 400 frames if you dont lock. Great product!

This is a great purchase and I have no regrets at all.

Overall very pleased, I don't usually buy pre built systems but due to rising hardware prices I couldn't pass this one up. Exactly what I was planning to build plus a warranty!?! SOLD!!

The best value to dollar option you can find. and with Lossless scalling you can get 120fps ultra on all games. the only gripe would be the fans are a little loud but thats just being nit picky

A great machine. My load in times are so much better now even with my current low quality internet I've been able to play many games with no issues. The set up was easy and all wires were connected well.

Extremely well put together, only issue i had was the box it came in had a few dents on box but no issues thank God. The ram wasn't set at the 6000 in bios

Pc is amazing! Coming from a guy that builds normally, this was too good of a deal to pass up. Great investment and quality build! Won’t be disappointed!

I love the PC in general. I bought it in december, and its psu died in a month. I was playing a video game and computer suddenly died and tried to turn it back on, i hear psu kicking in (probably self protection measure) and wont start at all. Only ram rgb light came on. Thankfully, i was able to return it on time, i am supposed to receive the new one tonight. I am hoping i was just unlucky, ended up getting a faulty psu. Highly recommend to get a warranty due to possibilities of the company who built it using cheap psu. I was very satisfied with bestbuy's customer service though.
