My experience picking up an order was absolutely horrific. I had purchased a computer before Black Friday for over $1,200, and it went on sale for $300 less. I called and was told that if I came into the store and mentioned the phone conversation, they would honor the deal.
When I arrived, the staff said I would have to cancel and reorder, but couldn’t guarantee availability. I decided to just pay full price, but then there was a mix-up with the additional items included with the computer. I was unsubscribed, resubscribed, and had to run my credit card multiple times.
What should have been a simple pickup turned into an hour-long ordeal. While the manager I spoke to was helpful, the process was unnecessarily complicated and stressful.
Takeaway: verbal promises aren’t reliable, and exchanges or price adjustments are much harder than they should be. I wouldn’t recommend this if you want a smooth experience.

Bought for my 11yo for Christmas. After spending a few hours setting it up and building the anticipation for him to play, it died and wouldn’t power back on. Exchanged the following day at best but, great service btw; only to have the second unit not even power on beyond a flash of the lights. Not sure what the issue is with the cyber power prebuilt but after two DOA units I got a refund and will not purchase anymore of that brand.

For a $1,300 gaming PC, I’m disappointed. Even with light gaming, the CPU runs very hot and often near max usage. I barely play demanding games, yet thermals and noise are already an issue. The performance does not match how this system is advertised, and for the price, better cooling and tuning should be expected.
