This is my first gaming PC and i could be happier. This PC rocks. It is stable, fast, I can do all my work, and enjoy video gaming. I could not have been happier with my purchase. Its a great PC!

The GPU has caused a couple of complete shutdowns where I had to take out and reseat card . Contacted Best buy and they were very helpful and patient with me on phone . Still has same problem but Best Buy is a state away and do not have reliable trans .

Amazing Pc, runs any games at ultra/high settings 200 fps no problem, worth the price, usable for streaming, multi task, running 2 games at once even. Very happy with purchase and has pleasing aesthetics.

Very powerful machine, that also runs extermely quiet. This is my son's first gaming computer and he absolutely adres it. Graphics card is quick and powerful.

To start off i come from console’s and never owned a computer. Mainly due to hearing my friends always talking bout needing to update there system’s. Well after alot of research and comparing the preassembled gaming computers I found this is the most Bang for the buck! I have played a handful of newer games and have not encountered a single issue! I always hear it’s better to assemble your own computer, but after 10 hours of use, I believe this is just as equivalent! Very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone looking for a game computer under $2000 that they put to work straight out the box.

Great PC for gaming. Runs CS2 at 300+ FPS and is lightning quick.

Really nice pc, it’s fast and really good high tier pc build.

So far this PC runs everything with ease. The instructions to get the side panel off was for the wrong pc but I figured it out. You just remove the top and the glass is a pull off not a slide off. It was plug and play and it was my fist gaming pc. I bought this during black friday week so the price at 1399 was worth it.

We purchased the PC for my son as a Christmas gift. He mainly games on it with his friends. He seems pleased thus far and commented that everything is working better than his previous PC. Luckily we purchased it on sale and before the RAM prices started increasing.

Upgraded from a 2060 super paired with an i7 7700k and I am amazed! I decided after 8 years with my first PC, it was time for an upgrade. I rememeber running a few mods on minecraft would make me drop to 40-50 fps in a cluttered area of my world. I can gladly say that no longer happens! Playing FiveM as well no longer gives me “headaches” where I cannot see anyone around me or the building I am in disappears and I can see into the void. This rig was a gamechanger and it will be for any of you looking to upgrade as well. Love this thing!

This PC is an excellent choice. Best Buy did a great job helping me out with my selection and I have nothing negative i could say.

Computer was packaged with care. That said, one of the feet were damaged in shipping. Hopefully they can replace it but its just cometic. Ive been using a month now with 0 issues. Now i need a new monitor as im getting max frames (144) on my qhd monitor

Bought for Christmas and he loves it. Great gaming video features for the teen that loves games. Graphics and sound is exceptionally great compared to other systems i have seen. He is already talking about what monitor he want to get.

This computer is on a whole Nother level. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a outstanding gaming computer. It does everything I needed to do and more.

Got pc without problems via self-pickup. Runs very smooth and fast. 10/10 product. However, I wish the person who was helping me (in Best Buy) told me there was a keyboard and mouse already with the pc as a "combo". Out of the whole experience, it was awesome. Thank you Best Buy! <3
