This runs pretty well so far. Have only had it a few weeks, so hopefully it stays this way.

Big upgrade from my previous cyberpowerpc. One thing, the directions on the paper are not accurate. All you have to do is remove the top panel and then unscrew the middle

Setup was easy. Paired with LG 45 OLED monitor for Battlefield gameplay. Compared both prices online and found Bestbuy the best.

Overall every thing is good and works well. There is little bit of fan speed sound that's coming. The setup manual is not that great and didn't mention to install GPU Sag support

Purchased computer on a Tuesday and got it delivered the next day! Desktop is awesome my only complaint is the tempered glass has a few scratches and scoffs on the outside and inside.

I’m really enjoying this computer right now. It has brought the family gaming experience to a whole new level.

Asnfor hatdware, best components compated to the orice! The only issue isnthe included instructions were related to andifferent box. Otherwise, great Pc!

Works great amazing for gaming, though the WiFi is a little limited. The unboxing took a little extra work from the norm too.

Right from the start, this PC gave me issues. From the first moment it powered on, it emitted an intermittent high pitched whine (under both heavy and no load). After research and consulting a colleague in IT it seemed to be a cheap PSU that was causing the whine (unacceptable on an PC of this price). From there, it only got worse as testing the unit’s gaming capabilities caused it to fully lock up; no blue screen, no simple game crash, the entire unit would freeze and require a hard shutdown. This happened on a variety of games and variety of graphics settings. An almost $3,000 “Gaming PC” should not have those issues right out of the box.

The support from CyberPower PC seems to be lacking

A very attractive and aesthetically pleasing prebuilt, but in my case I had performance and functionality issues, constant freezes. Perhaps it was just a specific hardware problem, but in my case it wasn't a good experience.

My first pc very good so far had to upgrade the keyboard and mouse though.

ISSUES after ISSUES First time there was a problem with the tower flicking and restarting. Took it to Geek Squad and they had to ship it out to get looked at. Received an e-mail that my computer needed to be replaced and was given 2 gift cards for the amount purchased. Repurchased the same computer and now 97 days in have a desktop that freezes every 30 seconds. Disk usage spikes to 100%. SMART health is 31% on an ADATA Legend 800 NVMe SSD. The drive is failing and needs replacement.

It was a decent pc except that the 1st time i turned it on, a fan on the gpu rattled. Took it back to get it fixed and they bricked it. They fully refunded me but was a good 2 weeks without a pc

The parts in the pc images are different from what I got. They gave me a gigabyte 5070 ti and an 057610 motherboard. Going to build my own gaming pc from now on.

NO GOOD PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILD CPU WENT OUT ON ME AND KILLED THE MOTHERBOARD TWICE. Intel Ultra series should have not been released they are very unstable and full of problems. Go AMD OR OLDER I intel chips.

0/10. It started with Windows being installed wrong and Best Buy refusing to take the computer back because I did not purchase a warranty through them. I had to spend an extra 280 dollars for a windows key and ssd to get it working how it should’ve out of the box. You hear the horror stories of pre builts and stores and here is another for you. It’s a fine computer now that I have fixed it but I shouldn’t have had to fix it in the first place.

Box came with a 1 page intruction sheet for a different looking computer, a closed empty box, a bunch of loose parts/screws, and none of the display ports worked. Online support was less than helpful, so now I have to go to a store and hope I can get assistance or wait even longer for a replacement. Will change review if I get a functional model.

I gave this computer a great review but now i have to reinstall my graphics card driver almost every day because it is showing green dot all over the screen and the only way to remove it is by reinstalling the graphics card driver. The graphics card is a gigabyte graphics card. I wish they would had installed a MSI instead. If this keep recurring I'll take it back to bestbuy.
