    Great gaming computer for the $$

    I bought this after much research despite being one to normally build one myself. Thought for the price this would elongate any hassles making sure everything is compatible and what not. Great computer for the price! And I can always upgrade later if needed. But it runs Fallout 4 on ultra settings and plays well with my other games too. Packaging was adequite as I was worried because the box was crushed but no damage to the computer. Wish there was a spec sheet or description sheet but it's mostly in the sales description, mostly. I did have a software install issue as it did not boot up, but tech support was amazing and helped to reinstall the software. They even we're going to replace the hard drive for me but I wiped it and reinstalled and everything is good now. Highly recommend this anyone for gaming or graphics work.

    I was disappointed there as no Wi-Fi card and I had to purchase another item for 60.00 to have wi-fi

    Good Deal For The Money

    Received this PC from CyberTron about 2 weeks early. Was packed well, but arrived with a small dent and tear in the top of tower and the "air filter" was ripped from the dent. NO damage to outside of box, indicating the PC shipped from factory with the dent and hole. I kept it because it was just cosmetic damage and did not affect performance. On reflection, I wish I had sent it back to get what I paid for. However, this PC is pretty awesome as is. The custom tower leaves plenty of room for modifications and more hardware. Well thought out design. You can add up to 5 additional fans, and they specifically left plenty of room for cooling systems as well. The BestBuy ad says AMD 8300, 3.2 Ghz, but mine came with a AMD 8320 8 core 3.5 Ghz! Overall I would say this is a great deal for a inexpensive Gaming PC.

    Best Buy Win!

    I did a lot of reviewing computers on this site before purchasing this Cybertron. For the money it had everything I wanted and leaves me room for more. It arrived in perfect condition and I hooked it up on Saturday afternoon - a few minutes later I was all connected, with zero problems. After installing all my drivers to my printers and other peripherals, I was still going strong. The only thing I noticed is that the fan is a little loud but only when playing a game on Steam. Other than that, this computer gives me exceptional speed on connecting online, playing games and on video. I was surprised that it only had onboard sound but so far with my 2.1 speakers I have had no complaints. I recommend anyone who wants a reasonably prices gaming computer to give this one a try! I will be adding another drive to it and another fan but that is all I can think of that it needs to make it perfect for me.

    I Never Got to Use It

    I bought this computer two weeks ago. I set it up, and spent ten minutes trying to turn it on because there was no instruction manual in the box -- a minor annoyance. So I turned it on, the windows screen loaded up, and... Green lines were everywhere. The resolution was bugging out. It looked like the Matrix had spawned. I tried two monitors and three different HDMI cords to be sure it wasn't another issue, but nothing worked. Right out of the gates, the video card was fried, and it needed to be replaced. I sent a message to Cybertron before doing anything else. They're open 7 days a week, 7am - 7pm. Cool. Two weeks go by, and I get no response. Not cool. Finally, I took it to Geek Squad yesterday, and today I get called back to the store. It hasn't even been a full month since I bought the thing, so instead of them repairing a problem I wasn't responsible for, I have to exchange it for something else. Nothing in the store is a decent gaming setup, so I denied the exchange and just asked for a refund. I knew Cybertron was going to be a toss-up regarding whether or not I would get a fully functioning computer upon delivery (reviews tend to be 50/50 on that front), but I did not think that risk involved LOSING the desktop entirely. I bought this computer two weeks ago, have only had it powered up maybe a total of ten minutes, and now today I have no computer.

      We would like to sincerely apologize for the experience you had regarding your purchase of the Rhodium. We use only the best hardware components in our machines. All PCs are thoroughly tested and send through a rigorous inspection and quality assurance process. As you may have noticed we consider every detail possible when packing the PC to be shipped. That being said as with all electronics, a very minuscule number of our PCs might encounter an issue in their lifetime. Although we take a great deal of care in shipping the PCs the same in also unfortunately true for how they may be handled or which of the elements the PC may come in contact with. No matter what the cause, we are incredibly sorry that this is the type of experience you had with one of our products.

      You are correct that our Tech Support department is open 365 days a year from 8am-8pm at the time of this message. We are world known for our great customer service and satisfaction when it comes to our Technical Support and we are very sorry that is not something you had a chance to experience either. We take responding to all customers in a timely manner very seriously and this will be investigated and addressed promptly. At this time, we cannot find a record of any inquiry of someone not been responded too while combing our records, but we will continue this investigation as it is absolutely unacceptable for any of our customers to not receive a prompt response.

      We are 100% committed to making sure that you are happy not only with your purchase but also with our service. We regret that we might have missed an opportunity to serve you.     Never again

    My daughter is in the military on special duty assignment in Spain. She purchased me this computer for my birthday, and it has been a huge disappointment. First, the graphics stopped after around a week. Contacted Cybertron, and they had me open the case and troubleshoot. At the time, the GPU was deemed faulty. I then had to drive 40 miles to ship the GPU back to them. After about a week of them having it, I contacted them about the replacement. Apparently, it was not considered high priority. Once I received the GPU, it was installed and still did not work. I contacted them again, and was now told that the motherboard must be faulty and I would need to send the entire unit to them. So, I contacted Best Buy for a refund, only to be told, it was outside the 30 days and that I could bring it to their store, to be looked at by Geek Squad, and if they couldn't fix on the spot, then they would ship to Cybertron for replacement. Which is exactly what I was not trying to do. Cybertron and Best Buy both get a big thumbs down on this one.
