I wanted a computer that could be powerful enough to play games without choking on itself. After doing some research and comparing, I took the plunge and purchased it. I mainly got it to play Overwatch and so far, I'm impressed with how well it runs. I have to say, this is probably the best computer I've ever purchased. The computer turns on quickly, the fans are quiet, and the different colored lighting is a pretty cool touch.

purchased for significant other, he was very excited to get it. As a gamer, he benefits from a PC that is fast and accurate. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the fan inside the tower is very loud. It sounds like our airconditioner.

I bought three for my kids for Christmas. All turned on and have worked flawless for four months now. No issues. The kids love the remote control lights that change colors. Only small issue when the computers arrived, the light strip inside is sticky on one side and was mounted at the top but came unstuck and fell down. So i just mounted at the bottom of the tower instead. Still lights up the same. Only other improvement would be the fan light remains blue...cant change or turn off...

I was slowly but surely working my way toward a PC and this Cybertron model caught my eye and after some bad advice and misleading information I did something I regret deeply, I purchased this computer. From the start it took them about 2 weeks to actually assemble the PC which was annoying as many other manufacturers have a ready in 5 or 7 day policy, annoying but hey it got here without a problem. When I had actually gotten it there was some confusion in regards of how to hook it up but it was sorted out. Initially things weren't too bad as CS ran fine and everything was an improvement from my previous computer. A few months down the line I encountered some issues as I began to expand my library of games starting with The Forest. It's not too much of a demanding game and for some reason it was running at low 30 Fps providing a nearly unplayable experience. Things continued to get worse and worse as my library grew larger and I eventually did a background check on my hardware only to realize how old and outdated it actually was. In their description it said that it could "muscle through the most demanding games" which, yeah maybe 5 years ago but today? No, it falls flat in modern games as well that aren't even that demanding. I decided hey maybe the GPU just isn't very good, so I upgraded and got results that were also really bad. At this point I was stuck there scratching my head trying to figure out what the problem was which was when I let my friend know about it and said it was a CPU bottleneck. The processor was holding back the new graphics card so annoyed I said I'll just upgrade the processor which was when I found out that anything made within the past couple years don't use the AM3 chipset so I'd also have to get a new motherboard! More surprises came when I was told that newer motherboards use DDR4 memory as where this uses DDR3 which means I would also have to buy some new RAM. Some more time passed and I finally upgrade and the change is immediately noticeable as things are running better. Now we get into the shady part of things. A few friends and I were discussing old builds we had and I decided to look up the product page and realized that the product images did not match what was sent to me. In the images it has an MSI motherboard (the one sent to me was Asus) a GPU that requires a 6-pin power connector (the one that was sent to me does not, nor does it even allow for a 6-pin to be plugged in) as well as a different case fan and power supply. The RGB lighting controller was also different from what was sent to me. Considering that the GPU was specified to be something else I can forgive that however the motherboard and PSU were not specified which meant that it was left open for interpretation. I would stay far away from this and save your money for something else. It's not all bad as the case fan and it's controller are fairly decent and the power supply is 500 Watts leaving you plenty of room to upgrade your future hardware, but that doesn't justify the fact that the price to performance of this computer is unreasonable as you can buy the parts for about 300 US dollars maybe less if they are on sale, which means that they are charging for roughly 250 dollars for labor. Anyhow if you aren't looking for a gaming PC and are trying to get something for school or work and you really don't have the time to put a PC together then yes this computer will do you well, however if you are looking for a good gaming experience look elsewhere.
