My order shipped in about 20 days, and mostly everything about it was fine. Upon arrival, Windows 8 was installed and not set up. While going through the setup process, I found that they have not included a product key for windows. If you do not mind this hidden cost, the PC overall runs well for what you are paying. If you are skeptical, I would be too. I noticed in the reviews that there is an inconsistency in what people receive (no keyboards, mouse, product keys). The main product though(the computer) runs well though.

This is a good pc for gaming,which is what i bought it for. The graphics card is a good starter card. I do plan on updating it which there is plenty of room for. The set up was a piece of cake even for me ( I am not tech inclined). I love the fact there are 6 fans so I never have to worry about over-heating the pc. I play games like Guild Wars 2 & WOW so it has to be able to handle very interactive games, this one does without any problems. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was no WORD program, but the main thing I wanted was the gaming & this machine is perfect for that.

It's fast enough to run things comfortable at high graphics, ultra depends on the game but high is not much of a difference for it to matter, looks cool and works good.

Got this tower for photo and video editing and it is one of the better choices I have made. Runs fast, doesn't bog down, and all of the fans really keep the tower cool - temperature wise. Will not let you down!

Great for gaming and surfing the web. Lightning fast and the fans keep it plenty cool. This PC is more than capable of running games at their highest setting.

Definitely not the top of the line, but it will run graphic intensive games with no problems.

This was a great buy for my son can handle all the games he is into minecraft etc. right out of the box. It also has plenty of room for updating if needed in the future.It has excellent cooling it chills you when using it overheating will never be a problem.

No issues. Worked fine from startup. Not Noisy considering bunch of large fans. My 14 year old took it over and had no complaints.

I just recently purchased this tower and couldn't be happier with CybertronPC. I was worried about buying a "gaming" unit pre-built, there are many horror stories about ibuypower and cyberpower being shipped poorly and not-working... don't worry about that when buying from Cybertron. This system booted up right away, it was packaged amazingly-- there was no way this was getting damaged in the shipping. The system runs like a champ... i play World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Skyrim, other MMOs and steam games and play them all flawlessly on this rig so far... i'm getting 50+ fps at ultra or high settings on all of them. The processor isn't the greatest, but it definitely gets the job, the ram and decent gpu with this system really shines together and lets you play and do what you need without a hiccup. I could definitely see upgrading the graphics card, but I'm playing numerous games right now without a complaint, they're running on very high settings and a really good framerate. the fans are slightly noisey, but the control panel to change their speeds is phenomenal and it runs SO cold. You can literally feel it coming out of the tower-- there's no way heat is going to be an issue with this thing in the summer. I had my own gaming keyboard/mouse so wasn't really concerned about the set that came with it.. but was very suprised that it came with a brand new logitech set--- not some bargain junker keyboard/mouse, a nice logitech mouse and keyboard that any one would be more than satisfied with. the system came already booted up with windows and even came with cd copies of all the items installed into the unit, really helpful stuff. all in all, if you're questioning a new gaming unit you should definitely consider cybertronpc. they're priced well and and run great. i'm so happy I went with them.

I decided to buy a pre-built gaming PC to save time. I felt that the price was decent for a pre-built system and I may have even been hard pressed to build a similar one for cheaper. The graphics card is not the best but it isn't bad either. It suits my needs for the moment (Civilization 5 mostly# but in the future I will probably buy a better one. Bear in mind that if you are planning on hooking this up to an HDTV with an HDMI cable you may run into some trouble. The graphics card it comes with has an HDMI mini output instead of regular HDMI, so you will need to buy an HDMI mini to HDMI cable #not that expensive). Also you will not be able to output sound via the HDMI cable unless you open the system and attach the motherboard sound output to the video card via the SPDIF connector. All in all this one is worth the buy if you are just starting out with gaming on PC and want a great pre-built system for the price.

Hi i looked around for a pre build gameing pc for a while and came to this.Its honestly a great deal for what it comes with and it got here soooo fast,like a week before the ship date!It was a very easy startup and everything runs great.The case is super cool and runs cool lol.iv been playing game in ultra being stuff on steam,wow and diablo with no problems at all.also runs minecraft great too for you people who host servers off your pc's.The only thing i find lacking it the video card.the 650 is great for more or less anything but i think im going to upgrade it sooner or later to something bigger.Over all this is a great pc for anyone woundering like i was before i bought it everyone!!

It is so much better to take the time to build your own computer.

I have been a console guy for a while and just recently decided to go back to my roots as a computer guy. I was skeptical at first at buying an out of the box desktop, allowing someone else to make the call on what goes in the tower. I barely have enough time to do any researching on my own, so I browsed computers and found this one fit my needs both financially and had right amount of power for me to know I have a great computer. Only complaint is the loudness of the fans, but I'll sacrifice some hearing for some cooling any day of the week. Looks pretty mean too (which is a good thing).

I've been wanting to build a gaming rig for a while now, but haven't had the time or energy. I couldn't be happier with this computer. The case is great looking, everything runs like butter. Plays every game I've tried at 60fps. I also use it to run Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator without issue.

This is an excellent PC. Plays all my games on high or ultra.

I was looking for a good, pre-built, mid range gaming PC because I just don't have the time anymore to build my own. This model had a good amount of the same parts I would use myself if I were to build one plus an acceptable markup for their trouble. If you just can't build your own let these guys do it.

Great "gaming" PC! Windows 8 is flawless and smooth on this system! The company name and model name fit my Transformers addiction too!
