    Buggy software still after 2+ years of development

    Had high hopes that Savant would install an effective QA team to improve app performance alas 2 years of buggy BLE WiFi mess still giving same "always working to improve" but it never comes. Currently the FW updates for 20+ devices needed and not a single update completes. An endless loop of Failed, Failed, Failed. Daylight savings ended, Cync cannot engineer their app to register the time change, so I had to recreate them, they appear to be setup in the app but the actions do not execute. Ive invested alot of time working around all these blocker level bugs. I know most of the support team from hours of communication over time. Support team are great but software team are the only ones that can truly fix the platform. I feel bad for the support team. 1 x star for hardware design + 1 star for support team, -3 for software functionality. @Cync dont patronize me with a "we're sorry, we'll try harder". DO or DO NOT, there is no try,

      We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We certainly regret that you have had less than ideal experiences with our app and products. If your devices' firmware does not complete we recommend powercycling your switch by pulling the tab at the bottom for 3 seconds and back in. With the recent time change our app is designed to sync their times with your phone every time there is a new app session over bluetooth. Logging out of the app and back in within bluetooth range of the devices should correct it as well. We are always looking for ways to improve and hearing feedback such as yours gives us a better insight into the needs of our consumers. I will forward this feedback to our development team.
