Might be one of the best Christmas gifts I got in a long time. Got this item as part of my auto start package and it was just what I needed, no complaints

The install seems to have went flawlessly. The tech wasn't the friendliest person I dealt with but he wasn't rude either. No issues to report.

Wish installer would have put it on my Iphone. He did not offer that. Impressed the starter worked on my car when we had minus 40 and minus 20 degree mornings and days.

This remote start was able to be used with a key that has all the door unlocks on the actual key. It is easy to use and has a long range to start the vehicle.

The installers have many years under their belts and installed the remote start system into my vehicle within a timely fashion. Keep it up guys!

We had an excellent install & advise from Best Buy Mobile for my remote start. This was just one part that I needed for the remote installation on my new RAV4. The installer told me because of the car's technology, I didn't need all the items I purchased and that an alternative part would do the trick for $100 less and it would be a 2 way rather than a 1 way system. How can you argue about paying less for better? I took his advice and everything works great and I'm so glad I got the two way instead. I have never been happier with Best Buy!

My remote start was installed very quickly! The installation was done very well. No traces of anyone ever being in my car or that anything was installed.

But...all that came after was not so good. I still am very happy I have the auto starter in my pickup but...got talked into getting a discount by setting up a credit card which turned into a fiasco as the service was performed and payment due on the credit card a few days later so ended up having to put it on my other credit card and now I have a certificate that will expire in a few days if I don't go in and buy an additional $35 unplanned. Too many phone calls to get this straightened out and late fee removed, etc.

The people at chesterfield are fantastic. Not only did they install my remote start but fixed my car stereo that was making noise for years!

The install was quick and professionally done. The installer went over the details of operation when it was done and worked just as promised.

Best buy installer Ron did a great job on my Tahoe. Security system works great. Very neat, clean and professional. Defiantly recommend

Where to begin. So when I purchased the remote Start, I was told that it came with free installation. They did not tell me I would have to wait upwards of a month. I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday in the state of Maryland. I went down to Maryland and the day before my install, I got a call saying my installation had been cancelled. For the troubles, the manager offered me a $50 Best Buy giftcard. I am still waiting a month later. So I rescheduled the appointment for the next day at another store. An hour before the store closed, I got a call saying this appointment was going to be cancelled because the installer wasn’t there on Sunday’s. Ok that’s fine. So I rescheduled AGAIN. This appointment also got cancelled! I was FURIOUS. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Best Buy because of their EXTREMELY long hold times, there was nothing that they could do for me except offer me another $50 Best Buy gift card. You guessed it; I’m still waiting. The ONLY reason I am giving this a two star is because when I actually had my install done (3 weeks later) I was very impressed at the professionalism at the store. Minus the fact that I am still waiting for my $100 giftcard.
