We bought this refrigerator in December 2020, unit was delivered in Feb 2021. After 19 months, the refrig does not work at all. Called Dacor for repair services, overall response is satisfactory, takes them a week to send a technician, and another week waiting on parts. But it still does not work after the first repair. Technician came in today and attempt the 2nd repair, I am keeping my fingers crossed. Its been frustrated 3 weeks without a working refrig.

The All SS refrigerator and Freezer from Dacor is very beautiful. I would say the Smartthings app is not the best but can survive. Took a Star off the Quality mainly due to the Smartthings App.
