This game is definitely worth owning ans playing in 2024! Each character brings its own unique gameplay and character to life. Killing zombies with different weapons and ability is so much fun. Definitely way better looking than the original PS4 version.

After what seems like forever… graphically this game is amazing and the gameplay is pretty addictive also I’m playing through this with the Mrs and she loves it also. Really fluid combat and movement definitely would recommend this to anyone who like their games to be fun!

If you are a zombie fan you have to play this game. The graphics are stunning and the controls are on point! The levels are amazing with just the right amount of learning curve. I have pretty much all zombie games and this is one of my top 5.

I’ve waited for this game since it was announced 25 years ago. Im now in my 70’s and retired so I’ve had penty of time to play. I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless. Playing the first Dead Island and loving every minute of it really made me happy that this game wasn’t a bust. Thank you for reading my review.

It’s a decent game, but different from the first entry. I do not feel the sense of urgency in helping NPCs as I did it in the first game. This one feels comical, while the first one was a bit more serious and ominous. I’d say get it when the price goes down. $70 is too much. Graphics are great, though.

If you love zombies and varieties of ways to dismember them, this is the game for you. Can play with friends online as well, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The game is OK, typical Dead Island. Combat, gore effect, and upgrades are fun and entertaining, but quest are repetitive and the storyline is flat. Is very fun to play though and graphics are pretty slick, especially the sceneries. It will give you more than 30/40 hours of gaming between main story and side quests.

You won't be disappointed with this game, especially for the price. If you like FPS games where you're slicing and dicing up some zombies, with a decent story, this is for you.

Although the graphics are stunning, the plot was poor. The map is terrible; it only gives you a limited amount of view; the side quests are monotonous and frequently take place in the same place (a hotel, the monarch studio, etc.); your inventory is small; you must constantly drop weapons; and I frequently got lost during the missions because there was no clear direction; at times it felt like I was in a maze. Numerous crucial items that you must locate during the missions are nearly invisible, and the only method to find them reliably is to pause in the room and perform a 360-degree scan of the area to spot them "shining". The main character's conversation is awful: "You just got bit,but you believe that you can (Amy) go to the nationals," like what? A zombie plague is currently affecting you. So far, even the pre-order steel box is disappointing. I wish it was different.
