I love Christmas and I love Christmas movies! I watched this one on Demand back at the holidays and while in Best Buy the other day i saw it in a bin by the register as I was waiting to check out. I though, hey, I don't have this one yet and for the price that couldn't be beat, it would make a perfect addition to my Christmas movie collection.

Matthew Broderick and Danny DeVito make a pretty good comedy duo. Almost the Odd Couple so to speak. My family and I laughed at many hilarious moments through out the movie. The scene where DeVito and Broderick are snuggled up naked in a sleeping bag had me in tears! I rank this movie up there for X-mas comedy's.

It's one of those Christmas films that you don't need to see, but it doesn't hurt to include it with your annual holiday viewings. Rival neighbors compete to have the brightest lit house on the planet (literally). The house sequence from space is pretty funny!

This is a bit of an uneven holiday movie in my opinion. The basic premise of this movie is one obnoxious neighbor with an outrageous home holiday display of lights and music annoying his quiet conservative neighbor leading to conflict between them. The idea was fine and the casting was good as well (in theory), but the execution was imperfect. I don't know if it was the fault of the director or the actors themselves, but it just wasn't nearly as good as it could have been. That said, it wasn't so bad I wouldn't recommend it at all or watch it again, just wish it had turned out a little better than it did.

Really enjoyed watching this movie with my family for Christmas time! It is filled with laughter moments and filled with the Christmas spirit. Perfect Christmas movie to watch!

In the pantheon of Christmas movies, Deck the Halls falls short of classics like "Elf" and "A Christmas Story". But for less demanding viewers, works as a reasonably entertaining distraction. While both Danny DeVito and Mathew Brodrick do their best to make the gags work, a far fetched story line and at times surprising lack of chemistry keep this film from being all it could, This may not be essential Christmas time viewing, but a bargin bin price you could definitely do worse

This is a great movie for kids around the holidays because everyone has someone in their neighborhood who is over the top with their Christmas lights and decorations. Kids loved it

I love this movie, and it comes with the Digital HD which is even better. I picked this up in the store, while it was in a $5.99 bin after Christmas. Who wouldn't want to see their house from space on Google Earth.

I was late to the party but better late then never. This move should be a Christmas classic. Very underrated christmas comedy and Best Buy has it for a great price.

I knocked it 1 star because of Matthew Broderick (not a fan). But overall it is a great Christmas movie for the family. I watch it every year

My family every year try to either DVR this or catch it television. However, now that we own the movie, we can watch them anytime. We watch this tonight as our traditional Christmas launch movie!

Browsing through inexpensive holiday DVD's, I came across this one. It provides a very funny, lighthearted presentation, with reliable comic actors. I'd watch it again with friends/family.

This is Danny Devito and Matthew Broderick at their best. It ranks up there with such movies as, Trouble in Paradise, Christmas with the Kranks, and the Santa Claus series.

This movie is a fun family choice over the holidays! Also, We were able to get it at a great price at Best Buy. This movie has a great cast of characters and some very funny moments.

This is a great Christmas movie. Not a classic like Home Alone or National Lampoon's Christmas, but overall the story is good and worth watching.

Overall I found this to be a funny movie. Devito and broaderick were funny and I’m glad I added this movie to my Christmas movie collection to watch with the family every year.

You will be laughing at these two going at it through most of the movie. So sit back and loosen your belt so that you don't hurt yourself from all of the laughing.

Deck The halls is a good and Funny Christmas movie that everyone should see. this movie would make a nice addition to anyone's Christmas movie collection.

We purchased this movie to add to our Christmas collection. It was entertaining and we had not viewed it before. We will watch it again next Christmas season.
