I'm not a huge horror fan, but this was good. Very scary. Not the typical gore fest with cheap thrills. Eric Bana was good in this. If you want a scary movie to watch a night, pop this in the blu ray player.

being this is based on a true story it more then a movie ,its a reminder that evil is out there and it is always around so be careful you invite them in. just playing with a Ouija board can open you up to evil.

Thought I would not care for this movie, Totally wrong, really good movie which shows acceptance in the movie instead of the old hack and slash movie Very little gore, lots of thought put in to this movie.

Although it was all police related, it turned to spiritual plot where no one believed at first. It was good in the end with the exorcism and emotional. I think the movie was too dark. It was good overall.

I don't in general like horror films, but while this movie was creepy, it is not over the top scary. Still, it has some scary moments and the plot in general is pretty scary. Worth the purchase price.

This movie is good and creepy, but tends to drag in some areas. It is a thinker type horror flick. the real action doesn't start until towards the end, so make sure to watch the whole thing.

While Deliver Us From Evil isn't anywhere near my favorite horror film, it's probably the best, or at least my favorite, horror film of the past decade not in the "Insidious" franchise.

This movie is "based" off of some real life accounts; may be taken as a feature all its own. The extras with the Blu-Ray edition explain it all; very passionate acting on all involved.

I got Goosebumps watching this film- if you like horror with a little detective thriller thrown in this is your film - acting was superb - this will send chills up your spine

I've never heard anybody even mention this movie, but I really enjoyed it. Dark, sinister, creepy... I dug it.

Was psyched to see Annabelle but was disappointed. Bought this movie because it was at a good price (on sale) and was pleasantly surprised. Much better than Annabelle.

One thing to remember is, this is inspired by true events. The story it's self is a mixed assortment of stories from Ralph Sarchie a former police officer. It doesn't really have any jump scares, but the story is interesting enough. "Whether you believe in this kind of stuff or not, it doesn't matter." - Ralph Sarchie Overall good video quality. Great sound quality. Special features are abundant. At least give this movie a try.

Was good movie lots of action and stuff. Its awesome in 3D everything jumps out at you and it almost makes you jump. would have been a good one to see at the IMax

Now this is what I was looking for, a good scare! Hence, I got it! I will look at it again....in a few months. Not because it was bad, but because it is scary!

The movie itself was a decent enough horror movie, but getting it practically for free makes it worth it. Bought it when the Sony titles were 2 for 10$.

This movie is not bad. Pretty creepy. It actually is a combination of cop drama and supernatural thriller. It is a perfect movie to watch on Halloween.

Deliver us from Evil is a decent suspense/horror movie, based on a true story. Several scary moments hold the viewers attention throughout.

It's a great movie the reason i purchased it was because the commercial i seen of it and i always enjoy any movie that's based on a true story.

This is a good film, more of a psychological thriller. It does tend to get rather dry in some of the acting towards the middle of the film.
