Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product Dell Chromebook promises that its fast and reliable but they are slow and starting to not work for our school system. When a teacher asks you to go on a website it lags out or says its blocked by Chrome. I also don’t like how it tries to say it has no wifi but it does and then you got to then restart it. I like the feeling when you type but it does not overall. That the laptop that I like is a Dell Inspiron 15 it's a good work horse for the money. The programs that are on the Dell are just Chrome web browser. The laptop is not charged and dead when you get it so it has to charge for 10 hours before use. That the fact this makes me frustrated that i got to wait for it to charge. I think that this product has its ups and downs but its not that horrible for a cheap alternative.

It's possible that your school is limiting the site that you visit and the speeds that your computer is allowed to load at based on your connection. If you'd like to troubleshoot your network connection you can follow these steps:
1. Run the Network Troubleshooter.
a) Touch and hold or right-click the network icon (Available Networks or Network Icon, located in the lower right-hand corner).
b) Touch or click Troubleshoot problems and then follow the prompts.
