This is the fifth of this laptop that I've purchased for my office staff in the past couple of year and will continue to buy them as needed for as long as possible. For not knowing much about computers, they're very easy to set up and super user friendly. For our basic office needs these are perfect and affordable. It even works great when I'm working on the road. Lol.

I picked up this Dell 15.6” 2K Touchscreen laptop recently, and it has been a great value so far. The 2K touchscreen is surprisingly sharp and responsive, and the overall build feels sturdy for a budget-friendly device. The Intel i5 processor handles everyday tasks smoothly — browsing, streaming, light productivity, and even multiple tabs at once without slowing down. The 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD give it a good balance of speed and storage, and boot times are quick. For anyone who needs a reliable laptop for school, work, or general use, this model delivers more than you’d expect at this price point. Setup was simple, battery life has been solid, and the carbon black finish looks clean and modern. Definitely a worthwhile purchase if you want strong performance without overspending.

My work Dell died and I needed something asap. My IT department agreed this would be a great life saver, and it has been much more. The touchscreen feature is awesome and the operating system, although new for me, is great. 10 out of 10.

The most common compliment is the laptop's blazing speed. The modern 13th Gen Intel Core i5-1334U processor combined with the 512GB SSD allows the system to boot up instantly and load applications with no noticeable lag.

Amazing look, speed and storage!! RAM is more than enough to manage daily tasks and when you are using multiple apps simultaneously!

It's easy to set up and using it is easy to learn. The storage holds a lot of data and it's fast at processing

It has good specifications for common tasks and a smooth screen, but with some typical compromises for its price range. Pros ✅ Very smooth for browsing and multimedia at this price; its anti-glare and touch screen is also a valuable feature. ✅ Recent processor with solid performance for work and multitasking. ✅ Wide connectivity (USB-C, HDMI, SD, Bluetooth). ✅ 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, enough for everyday use. Cons ❌ Average build quality (plastic construction) and a keyboard without backlighting, at least on the model I own. ❌ Low screen brightness for outdoor use (~250 nits). ❌ Integrated graphics not ideal for gaming or heavy editing. Conclusion The Dell 15 DC15250 is a solid mid-range laptop with excellent value for money, even with the i5 and 16 GB of RAM configuration. It stands out for its smooth display and good overall performance for everyday tasks, although it sacrifices screen brightness and more premium materials.

I shopped around for several weeks to replace a Dell laptop I loved and was perfect and going strong. But Windows 11 couldn't be updated to my WONDERFUL TOUCH SCREEN DELL. I wasn't going to spend a fortune for a laptop that is used for shopping and news. If it was in my price range, it didn't have touch screen unless it was an 11-inch screen. I needed at least 15. I saw this the day it showed up online. It was a Dell! A tad over my price limit that I wanted to stay in, but it was a Dell, and I knew it would be worth it. I texted my husband and told him we were going to Best Buy when he got home from work. We did and I looked at it and LOVED it. I still LOVE it. I also had the nicest young man help me with my purchase.

Value for money! Definitely a great deal. I have always been a fan of Dell and how sturdy it is. It also doesn't heat up fast.

I really like this Dell laptop overall. The matte black finish looks nice and doesn’t show fingerprints, which is a big plus for me. It’s not too heavy, so it’s easy to move around and use wherever I need it. The screen looks great and the touchscreen works well. My only small complaint is the keyboard, it feels a little soft when typing, but it’s not a deal breaker. I do like that the power button is on the keyboard instead of on the side, which just makes more sense to me. All in all, it’s a solid laptop and does what I need it to do.
