Features and keyboard a little different than our previous HP. It is taking some getting used to, but otherwise the computer works well.

This laptop is very good overall. It has nice graphics quality and performs smoothly for low to medium workload tasks. It is perfect for everyday use such as office work, internet browsing, video streaming, and programs that do not require a lot of memory or high performance. It is reliable, efficient, and meets expectations for general productivity.

Being use to using a home computer most of my life it was a really nice change to a laptop. I've always had dell products and always loved them. The touch screen option is also very responsive. It basically is a larger version of my cell phone so it makes viewing emails alot easier. I love it.

this is a cute laptop i could use for school its not that heavy when u hold it with 2 hands but like if im only using 1 hand to carry it like its heavy but super cool its touchscreen but it kinda dies fast i feel like with in 4-5 hrs its abt to die nd i only use it for pinterest nd google so far.... sound quality is good tho very loud

This computer worth above the price that I have paid for it. It is fast, light, the battery last long. I really like it. Only thing that dissatisfied me was the delivery time; it was longer than expected. I can’t send pictures because I sent it to Madagascar.

This was a gift for my nephew who just started college and he couldn’t be happier with it; he says the size of the screen is perfect, the memory capacity is great and the touch screen works perfectly too. This laptop looks very high quality .

Nice laptop got it on Black Friday, great deal. My old desktop computer was windows 10, so had to upgrade and figured I'd go with a laptop, and this one is working out very nice. Very happy with my purchase.

The speed that this Dell computer boots up is fantastic compared to my old windows 10 computer. The setup instructions were easy to understand and follow. They made it easy for me to customize it for my usage.

I shopped around for several weeks to replace a Dell laptop I loved and was perfect and going strong. But Windows 11 couldn't be updated to my WONDERFUL TOUCH SCREEN DELL. I wasn't going to spend a fortune for a laptop that is used for shopping and news. If it was in my price range, it didn't have touch screen unless it was an 11-inch screen. I needed at least 15. I saw this the day it showed up online. It was a Dell! A tad over my price limit that I wanted to stay in, but it was a Dell, and I knew it would be worth it. I texted my husband and told him we were going to Best Buy when he got home from work. We did and I looked at it and LOVED it. I still LOVE it. I also had the nicest young man help me with my purchase.

This Laptop has been my best purchase, i was searching for similar config which will help my son school activities along with daily use of videos/you tube watch. Its fast and quite without high fan noise

Battery life is short, but otherwise it is great!!

Computer works great. Have not had any problems. The registration process for Dell is nothing short of ridiculous. Still have not been able to get it registered.

The touchscreen laptop is really cool. It allows me to bring up items I have looked at before. So much Technology. I enjoy all the features.

Laptop was perfect for my mother in law. She only uses it a couple of times a week to access her online accounts. It is fast and makes her time completing tasks much faster. It is a perfect laptop. For the pric point.
