Easy to setup, light and great to work with. The packaging was a little sus though

I like my new computer.It arrived in two days. It is fast and it is user friendly, easy to set up. Nice and light, easy to move around with it. Only wish it had a backlight keyboard! Other then that I am happy with my purchase.

great for streaming but had to uninstall microsoft s to download browsers other than edge

Pretty good Windows laptop if you are on budget. Dell is reliable which is why I went with this laptop compared to others with similar configuration. So far the windows experience is seamless. Time will tell how the laptop performs once more programs are loaded.

My husband needed a new computer and we found a basic system that meets his needs. Thank you, Best Buy! We had some challenges with the shipping but more due to the winter weather.

I like the size of the keyboard, the ease of use of the touchscreen, and weight of the laptop, which I have in my lap when I type. my only wish is that the speaker was a bit better in quality, but that is not a major issue. I am an author, so comfort and ease of use is my main concern, and this laptop is great.

This is a wonderful laptop. I just don't like that it forces you to use MIcrosoft Edge. It took me a lot of work to get Google onto this laptop. It seems like that was a software block that would not allow it.

I love the screen size. I very love to open two pages on the screen. Thank you for product.
