Great computer so far. I seriously needed this upgrade for graphic design and this computer handles it all. I'm very happy with it. It handles my Adobe suite programs with no problem, three of them running at the same time. and very importantly, it has the right control button on the keyboard. Since I use the mouse with my left hand the right control button is very important for what I do.

​I'm absolutely loving my new Dell from Best Buy! The AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor makes everything run so smoothly, from daily tasks to more demanding programs. The 15.6-inch screen is great for both work and entertainment, and the 1 terabyte storage gives me plenty of space. Highly recommend

This is a good laptop. It's lightweight which is always a plus. Easy to set up and use. It's for our school's admin assistant to use on a daily basis and so far, has been great! Screen is a good size too. Battery life so far has been long enough to last the whole day at work.

I'm very pleased so far with the laptop. I don't game or watch streaming videos on my laptop, it's really only for personal and business correspondence. That being said, I wasn't really looking for a new laptop, the Black Friday price was very good.

This Dell computer has been great for my uses. Being retired, my needs are emails, letters and some spreadsheets. I also read many news articles. This computer handles all electronic banking and travel booking arrangements. The Dell is much faster and will be easy to travel with.

I’ve had it for two weeks, very affordable, has lots of storage, I use it for work and other things, runs perfectly, and has had no issues.

This laptop is excellent. I’ve been using it for about a month for personal use and remote work and I haven’t encountered any slow speeds or issues yet. The battery lasts forever too.

The computer works fine after the first go around. Really what makes this review excellent is the customer service I received when I had to replace the original one purchased. BestBuy provided excellent support and replaced a manufacturer issue very quickly.

The Geek Squad helped me to purchase a new laptop. The entire Encounter was top notch, the sale was smooth as silk no problems at all. The only hiccup was parking and the sales people cannot control that

With the touchscreen. I love it fir my clients. They can sign documents on the screen. Makes my job so much easier

Great value laptop. Runs smoothly and able to perform multiple functions simultaneously. If you want to game though you would need to look at a different laptop.

This laptop computer replaced an identical model that was accidentally damaged. I commend the salesman and the Geek Squad for making this transition and data transfer as smooth as possible. Thank you BestBuy for value and technical expertise.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He needs a really good laptop for the college major he has chosen next year. It seems really good but I won’t know until he actually uses it for what it is intended for

I got it for my mom for christmas and it is the upgrade to her 8 year old dell. Im pumped to mover ber over to amd as well.

Great laptop with fast processor and plenty of storage. Backlit keyboard and touchscreen capability are the added benefits.
