Refurbished, Dell Laptop from Joy Systems, BestBuy

Set up was easy. The packaging was awesome. Easy to open but safe and secure. Fast delivery. I would highly suggest considering a refurbished product for Joy Systems again! 5 star

Seems decent so far

I like that the fresh install removed the bloatware that usually comes with new laptops, however this does come as a double edged sword. It seems that it no longer registers as a dell laptop, so you cannot redownload any of the Dell software for managing laptop functions like battery health. Also although it says it is a 15.6 inch machine, the viewing area of the screen is slightly smaller than other brands.

Savvy purchase

Bit heavy but worth it for a computer that keeps cool during gaming and video streaming. Would buy again.

Powerful laptop at a reasonable price.

DON'T BUY REFURBISHED!!!

Best Buy and the company that supposedly "refurbished" the laptop are both useless when it comes to these types of items. Don't waste your money, just buy something new. This laptop stopped working just over a month after purchasing. Best Buy won't take it back as a return because it is not in the "policy". Geek Squad can't fix it, and the company that "refurbished" it won't return calls or emails. I am afraid I wasted my money.
