Good laptop for my needs. This replaced a 12yr. old Toshiba with Vista - big difference. Even with a 15" screen, it is much smaller and lighter than old machine and very fast. It is great for my needs.

I needed a computer that would do a little of everything - gaming, work stuff, browsing, streaming, downloading - and I could not be more happy with my purchase! The 4K screen is to die for and it runs so smoothly. The added bonus is that it comes with the Microsoft Ink Pen. Though I rarely use it, it’s fun to have!

I've had this new Dell for over a week now and it has lived up to it's product description. Crisp screen/video; very fast; wifi is extremely efficient; It can handle gaming very easily. I have no complaints and am very happy after researching alternatives and obtaining assistance from the experts at Best Buy.

While it broke down twice on me the first year. It is a great laptop. The tablet feature is great, as well as the specs. Only down side is the small hard drive.

This laptop is really great if you are a student and want to take notes on. This is easy to control as you can use your fingers to scroll through the screen.

If I could give this laptop 4.5 stars, I would. What separates this from the 5-star laptops at this price range to me, is the cooling, and especially the sound that the laptop makes when it is cooling. The processor while having this laptop plugged in is almost constantly in turbo mode, which means that the fans are on basically all the time, no matter what. Other than the fan issue, the laptop is butter smooth and serves my needs perfectly as it is a great 2 in 1 device for my college classes. Overall, a very good laptop that is dragged down by the cooling system.

Very good Dell that I got from the open box case. Was well below retail value and the only issue I could find with it was one tiny dead pixel on the screen. Super fast and great 4K touch display.

I bought this laptop for work related use thinking the solid state memory would give me the longevity of life and good amount of ram would be speedy internet surfing. Apparently that wasn't the case. The whole operating system was slow to respond which struck me as odd since it was a very pricey laptop. The touch feature was great but over all I ended up returning it and will get something non-windows based. Mac book to the rescue. Do your own research before buying anything.

Purchased for my college son last year. Has done everything expected and more. My son uses it everyday with no issues. I would recommend.

There’s a pixel missing on the screen and it’s very noticeable. However, it was an open box product so I got it at a great discount. Overall I love that it’s a 2 in 1. I bought the pen for it and it works great. They keyboard has the backlight which is great when using it at night, but the design of the keyboard is rudimentary but again great discount. Plus I saw the design before I bought it, so that’s not really a big deal like the missing pixel. If you’re buying it at full price then I’d expect better keyboard design.

Has all the necessary functions I needed for my home and personal needs.....like the added features and ease of operations.....sales rep at store steered me right for sure......will return for future needs for sure...................

My papers never fly away anymore... Now when i go to the park and write anime fanfiction the papers dont fly away anymore. Its also good for flattening cookies to bake.

Great display and good performance it gets the job done as a student laptop

Great performance & lightweight. Battery isn't great though. Unplugged and unused and it was completely dead after 5 days.

Laptop works efficiently with great touch screen and better picture. The only thing that could be better is the battery life.

When my 5 yr old 2in1 gave it up. This Dell was chosen to handle my personal computing needs. I picked it to handle photo and video editing at the hobby level and built graphics. It is more than sufficient.

Love this computer!!!! Only complaint is the touch screen will sometimes not be responsive, but closing the lid and reopening it fixes it. Fast, reliable, and a free stylus!!! Glad to have a Dell again.

I love what I'm able to do with the laptop so far-fundamental word processing, excel, Powerpoint creation, etc.. It exceeds my expectations. Additionally I was sold a useless docking station by Bestbuy which did not work with the laptop (power passthrough was insufficient). After spending much additional money on several cables to try to make it work, I realized it was just a poor recommendation, but the 30 days passed so I could not return the docking station. Yuck.

So far the computer seems to be what we wanted, however, when we got it home and plugged it in, we discovered that the wrong charger was in the box. Upon returning to the store, we were not given the right charger. Instead, the store offered a different computer altogether which would not have the specs we wanted - and so we are working with a charger that is not as powerful as the computer needs, and looking for a solution on our own.

This laptop performs very well. Very fast it’s also a 2in 1 and the screen quality is very good. I have owned plenty of laptops before and this one is probably the best one I have owned.
