Nice All in One. Had a time figuring out how to pair the keyboard and mouse, but figured it out by Googling it. Other than that, setup is fairly simple.

I'm just getting used to this new computer, but it isn't as user friendly as the computer I replaced. Way too techy for this old school granny. The replaced computer was an HP All-in-one Envy, which I loved, but does not have the system to be compatible with the Microsoft's new upgrades coming in October, or other external systems. It's kind of a tech-dinosaur,

My purchase was a computer. I took the box of computer parts home and assembled them. After I found that the kewboard and the mouse did not work, I returned them for repair. They could not be repaired so, I returned the purchase ans received a return receipt.

Hello,
Like the new Dell 27" but having trouble loading and not sure what to do. My old Lenovo 27" loads quicker than the Dell,
What is happening...is it because it's a chip instead of a real hard drive!!
I'm a little disappointed as to this problem.
I don't want to bring it back...so help me!!
Regards Glenn Ritchie

First Impressions:
The Dell 27" All-in-One immediately brings you in and immerses you in its sleek design. The white chassis and narrow bezels give it a clean, modern look that woukld fit in any work space. its pleasing to the eye.
Performance:
Powered by the Intel Core 7 150U (10 cores, 12 threads, up to 5.5 GHz), this AIO handles multitasking with ease. Whatever youre doing I feel like this can handle it, the 16GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB SSD will give you a snappy response and large storage. The NVIDIA GeForce MX570A adds a another layer to this powerhouse, perfect for light gaming, creative software, or media consumption
Display & Touch:
The 27" FHD IPS touch display, delivering vibrant visuals with accurate color reproduction. The touch screen is smooth and intuitive, ideal for navigating Windows 11. While the resolution is 1080p, sitting at a distance the display is perfectly fine. Its when you lean in close that youll see the pixels of the 1080P display. I think this would work good in a kitchen as a recipe machine if you have large enough counter space.
Audio & Webcam:
Dual speakers with Dolby Atmos spatial sound provide surprisingly rich audio for an AIO. Whether you're in a Zoom meeting or watching a movie or video, the sound feels immersive. The 5MP pop-up webcam with HDR ensures you look sharp even in bad lighting, plus, it retracts for privacy, which is a great design.
Connectivity & Design:
With HDMI-in/out, USB-C, multiple USB-A ports, and Wi-Fi 6E, this computer is ready to connect to anything you may need. The stand can cleverly hide your keyboard when not in use, keeping your desk clean. The only drawback is limited adjustability, no height or swivel options.
Final Verdict:
If you're looking for a desktop that blends style, performance, and thoughtful features, the Dell 27" AIO hits the mark right on the head. It’s not a workstation beast, but for someone like me, who values innovation, aesthetics, and great multitasking, it’s a compelling choice.

I purchased this PC and set it up easily. But two days later, I received an error code and I could not use the PC. Best Buy Geek Squad was great and they initiated a return and a replacement. Two weeks after setting up the replacement, I am having the same problem after my PC updated.

Dell 27" FHD Touch Screen All-In-One Computer has an Intel Core 7, 15GB of Ram and 1TB SSD memory. It comes in a rather large box (mainly packing) which includes the main unit, keyboard, mouse, power adapter, cord and the two feet. Set up was fairly simple with no issues. The feet need to be attached and they go in only one way. The computer, keyboard and mouse all match in color- off white sort of ivory. The feet are at both ends and the computer is sturdy but with adjustment for viewing angle. The camera is a pop up on top which can be closed for privacy. Controls are to the right and connections on the back. I do wish there were more connections accessible from the front, be it on the edge or side of the unit. You do need to put batteries in the mouse and keyboard. The screen is very nice and the colors vivid. The initial set up was quick and the screen is very responsive. The Intel i7 and 16gb of ram, loads quickly and without any hitch. I have experienced many computers that take awhile to boot up and this is not one of them. Sound is decent, not a lot of bass but that is not expected but would have been nice. The keyboard is a slim line but easy and comfortable to use. The mouse was responsive and felt good in the hand. All in all this is an improvement on my 5yo all in one. My wish list would be the connections being more front accessible.

I have had the chance to now test this product for 4 days now and have been most pleasantly surprised at it’s performance.
Unboxing was pleasant and I have always appreciated a minimalistic, eco-friendly mindset and this offering did not disappoint. Nothing wasteful, all recyclable.
Setup was simply easy and from package opening to beginning to use the unit was 15 minutes tops. After turning on the machine it goes through the obligatory 20 minutes of downloading and updating to the latest and greatest.
The aesthetics of this unit are very easy on the eyes. Matte silverish finish bezel, grey cloth over the speakers, matching keyboard and mouse – all superb but of course tastes vary.
Performance – The Full HD screen is exquisite and color renditions are true. The large 1TB storage is wonderful for large image formats of a photographer such as myself. The touch screen is a nice addition but not something I use very often – nice to have though!
After downloading Lightroom Classic for my image renditions, I quickly realized this offering is STELLAR for photo optimization. I have over 300gb of photos from all over the world and working the photos on this machine is an absolute please – surprisingly so! It would be hard-pressed for one to be disappointed with the screen and the processing time of photos. Any photographer knows you need a powerful machine to work efficiently. This unit performed famously!!
All in all I love his machine – sleek, powerful, efficient, quiet and most importantly to me, accurate and true with colors.
Highly recommended.

Dell's 27-inch FHD touch screen all-in-one is a powerhouse of unique features. It's an explosive machine with a 1 TB SSD drive, 16 GB of RAM, and a touch screen. Powered by an Intel Core i7 series 1 processor, it's great for running large videos and multimedia, making it a perfect fit for content creators.
The graphics on this system are not just good, they're amazing. The Nvidia GeForce MX570 graphics card is a game-changer, delivering a gaming experience with no noticeable lag. The 27-inch touch screen displays full HD, and the mouse and keyboard are top-notch.
The mouse is very responsive, and the keyboard doesn't take up much space. The system comes preloaded with Windows 11, the latest version available. It has an integrated 5-megapixel HDR camera and infrared. It includes 4 USB-A 3.2 and 1 USB-C 3.2, as well as an Ethernet and media reader, and 2 HDMI outputs for expanded use.
It has a Dolby Atmos sound system. This little baby can cover anything from a content creator to an online gamer. Dell has really done it with this one. Check it out; you'll love it.
