This has been refurbished by Joy Systems. They have done a fine job- looks new again with the exception of a small, rubbed stop on the cover which is hardly noticeable. The surprise was a free upgrade to Windows 11 included!

The Dell refurbished 5490 Laptop is excellent. Very quick boot-up and fast i5 processing. Set up was well documented and easy. Includes free upgrade to Windows 11 Shipment arrived 2 days earlier than promised
