Easy to hook up and get running. Seems to work at needed and has plenty of storage for me!

My old computer was 10 years old, running slow and would not support Windows 11 so I got a new one. This computer is much faster in every way, plus I got it for $250 off as it was a black Friday special, before black Friday. I am very pleased with my new computer.

This Dell desktop replaced my 11 yr old Dell tower, very happy with the speed of it so far. I have only had it up & running for 5 days but, so far I like it. Geek squad helped transfer all my files & pics over from my old tower. I was not able to find my pictures so Hai B. at geek squad (Springfield Or.) told me to bring tower back & helped me locate all my pictures I thought I was lost.

I am 79 and got someone to set it up for me. It is working just great with no problems so far. I love Dell and Best Buy, I bought my last Dell Desktop from Best Buy and it lasted 7 years. Both Companies have a Great Product and a great Price!!!.

I recently purchased a new desktop in order to upgrade to the Windows 11 platform. The dell Intel Core Ultra 5 w/ 16 GB has been great so far. It is much faster than the old desktop w/ Windows 10 and is far more capable concerning new Apps and related functions currently available. Very pleased overall.

Let's start with what I don't like. The speaker jack is on the front of the tower instead of the back so there's a cord sticking out for the speakers. I also don't like that it's pretty slow to boot up as opposed to my old Dell computer some of this is due to windows 11. What I like is that it's quiet operating.

i am sure this is a good product .. Dell has been reliable always .. these computers are designed for modern day users .. they are not equipped with what you need if you have the old monitor with the 'pin' connector .. they don't have enough plugs for the speaker/sound system (only one labeled headphones) .. nothing for midrange speakers .. i wasn't about to buy other equipment when mine was working fine.. windows 10 still works even without tech support at the end of the month. the sales people said it will still be updated for about 3 more years .. i had windows 7 until recently .. computer lasted over 20 yrs .. techs won't touch anything that old, so it was recycled .. if you have all updated equipment, this was a good deal .. look out for chrome. i had them take it out .. you're better off with it .. ~

Very solid and well performing desktop tower. Replaced an 10 year old Dell tower that was still performing, just couldn’t upgrade it to Windows 11. Expect this new Dell will last for quite awhile, and it has slots for any memory upgrade I may need. Fast performance and plenty of USB, SD and other ports. Well worth a look!

Purchased as a direct replacement for a 2014 Dell that couldn't be upgraded to Windows 10. Working great and was easy for the older adult who is the primary user to understand and just "use it".

After computer goes to sleep often times when trying to wake the computer it cannot be turned on by just pressing the keys, have to unplug or push the on/off button several times. Frustrating. Previous Dell computer I had for 19 years was better then this. Don't like windows 11 either

Well, you asked. The hardware is fine, though I encountered several unexpected setup problems with Windows 11. (I should mention that a Geek Squad member transferred everything from my old computer to the new one.) As just one example of the problems I encountered: I spent around 2 hours trying to connect my Dell laser printer. I've often done this sort of thing before, with rarely a problem. Finally, unable to proceed, I contacted Best Buy. A friendly and definitely knowledgeable technician spent approx. one hour trying to solve the problem. At which point he said he couldn't do it, and called in a higher level tech. This gentlemen was also friendly, with a great attitude. After about 15 minutes, he said he needed to install a Microsoft firmware upgrade. This was done and the printer was soon running perfectly. So: I spent about 4 hours on this, your technicians spent at least an hour and a half, and I had work that needed to get done but had to be postponed. There IS a very constructive lesson to be learned. NO computer should be sold without checking that all current software and firmware has been installed. I suspect that the computer was on the shelf for some period of time, during which the upgrade arrived, but was not added. In the past, I've purchased (many) computers from Dell directly, both for home and office use. Since Dell customizes each computer, there is little or no chance that anything would be shipped without all current updates. This is clearly a situation that Best Buy should address immediately.

This is a basic desktop that replaced an old dated desktop. Geek squad did a great job setting it up although it required an upgraded SSD because there was not slot for the hard drive from my old computer. I works fine now and I have no problems.

This is an excellent computer. It does have a learning curve with the Windows 11, but seems easy enough to use once you’re used to it. Only thing I don’t like is no CD component.

I have purchased several Dell desktops and laptops over the years and have been very satisfied. This one replaces a computer that was 9 years old and was losing Windows support. Great product at a very good price.

Partial to Dell and this purchase was typical of Dell's functionality and quality. I have to look twice to make sure in is turned on as it is very quite.

Computer is great. I have no issues. Bought it to replace another CPU due to the windows upgrade. Some far all has been well.

This a great product made from quality material very easy to set up very fast speed with the Ultra I5 offers a very good USB outlets very happy with this purchase.

We have had it a short time, so at this time, we have not had any problems. A birthday purchase for my grandson who has enjoyed it this far. Give us time to determine its effectiveness.
