    It seems to work fine, and is very quiet. I don't do much on line, but it comes up fast when I look up something.

    I thought I just needed a computer with more storage. When I got home I found out my monitor wouldn't connect , my speakers wouldn't connect, I needed a new Word access card, and the keyboard doesn't even have raised marks for you to find the index finger start keys

    I had my previous machine in for service and although the only malfunction was a simple fan motor inside the case was told that the geeks could not fix my less than 2 year old machine. I "paid" for a complete data back-up and when I bought this new machine the transfer was not able to be accomplished by the geek of the day, so I have this new machine without any of my old data, which dated back to 2002 and I am NOT a happy customer. I feel I have been defrauded and am weighing my options.

    Geek squad could not set up properly or pull up my iTunes songs & library. I took it into Geek squad 3 times & scheduled a home install. It was a 3 week wait on the home install & geek squad cancelled appointment at 8 pm the nigh prior to scheduled install.

    Very disappointed in Best Buy's trade-in program. Sent them a working unit using their boxes and instructions. They claimed the unit would not start and refused to honor the trade-in or return my unit.
