Purchased this as an Open Box item after it was returned by another customer. No idea why it failed to satisfy them, because it works very well. We use it as a work computer, primarily to run videos and presentations on a digital projector, so portability was importantly, and this model is so light you barely know you're carrying it around. Surprisingly fast, with good graphics capabilities. Highly recommended.

I use this product just for browsing and homework most of the time. The size is perfect for a person that's constantly on the go

I didn't have a chance to use this laptop. When I bought it I wasn't to sure about it,that's why I didn't even open the box. I returned it for a better laptop.I was unsure about the battery because it is located inside the laptop ,I would have to take it to best buy for them to order the battery and then install it..the memory was another issue...this laptop was nothing but a giant cell phone.

This Dell is all I need for my use. Plenty of memory and speed is fine. I use it for email, spreadsheets and Word documents .

My 9th grader wanted this for school. She has enjoyed it and it has done what she has needed it to do despite its low memory.

This made a nice fit between my 15.6" notebook and my 7" tablet. The price was great and an easy introduction to windows 10.

I was looking for a laptop to use at work to check email and Facebook. I play a few Facebook games on it as well. Meets the needs of this. I would not buy it for another reason. About half of the very small memory is used by apps you can not take out. Internet can be a little slow and lags upon occasion. I don't download much on it because there just isn't the room - Chrome was downloaded because I don't like Explorer, which it comes with. I would recommend if you wanted a very limited use.

Bought this as a tool for students. Low price laptop that offers more flexibility and not a lot of monetary commitment. Easier to use than a tablet, larger size reduces damage/theft. Remember to purchase a 3 TB mobile drive (very cheap at best buy) which can allow you to save a variety of data across several devices, this negates the need for a high capacity hard drive. She liked it because

You are getting a laptop that performs like a tablet. No memory, very slow, it doesn't even have enough memory to install system updates.

The laptop is small, but very lightweight- good for a starter computer or for school

This is a really good computer but it does have its weak points. At times it is a little slow but it gets the job done. A few glitches but they don't really harm anything. Its easy to use. The memory could be a bigger especially if you need to download the updates. Other than that there isn't anything wrong with it.
