This laptop has all the features I look for in a PC for travel. Plenty of memory, sturdy SSD, fast processor, battery lasts several hours, SD slot for files backup and transfer. light weight and compact.

My new laptop is perfect for travel. Lightweight and easy to use. Love the touch screen and face ID function. Still learning Windows 10 functionality. Headed with this laptop to Africa in a couple weeks.

This is my third Dell computer. It is the most Expensive Dell I've purchased but the addtional bells and whistles are nothing to brag about. Overall, the computer does what it is supposed to.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast this computer is. The screen is crystal clear and even though it’s compact the screen is easy to view. Touchpad and keys are also pretty solid for being such a small machine.

Does not "Power on" properly after "Standby"

Buying this laptop has been a horrible experience for me and its been a waste of time and money.
The laptop does not power on properly after being put on standby. The screen turns black and freezes, then I am required to force shutdown. After a forced shutdown it would open after a few attempts. This happened a few times during the first 14 days I bought it, but I thought the problem might go away after I update the computer.
After my 14 day return period, the problem got worse. In order for me to get it fixed, I now need to ship the laptop to Dell and wait approximately 2 weeks for them to fix it and send it back. This is horrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
