Great laptop. The battery life was over 20 hours when I had it (including downloading updates). I ran into problems with downloading and installing larger updates though, and ultimately decided to exchange it for a laptop that didn't have an ARM processor. I may retry going with an ARM processor in the future though. For most people this laptop offers more than enough speed to work with Office apps.

Getting to know the in laptop AI features. The Snap Dragon processor is extremely fast and have had no issues with the system running standard Microsoft software and all apps in general. The battery lasts longer than I can.

Just love it , this laptop replaced my old Dell Inspiron Laptop, just like and am so faithful to Dell. Do recommend this Laptop light , slim and good performance.

Solid performer all around. Screen is bright and vibrant. Speakers good. Performance good. But, they are a couple cons: 1) Battery life. For a Snapdragon CPU powered laptop, the battery life is.. ok? The same CPU in a Surface Laptop lasts a lot longer, so i'm not sure what's going on here. 2) Keyboard. The keys are mushy and it makes for less than ideal typing. Overall, a good deal and I'm happy with the purchase, but, it's definitely not perfect.

I got the laptop for college being a mechanical engineer. it's definitely capable of what I need, and I've had it for a year now and it works great. The copilot thing is good but I wouldn't hyper fixate on it.

Purchased it few weeks back. It was inbgood shape. The performance is good so far. The location where suppose to pick up was shudown due power outage for couple of days so had to go back again. It would be nice to send update pickups that they are shut down due to unforseen circumtenses.

Replaced an HP 14" laptop. I like Dell because you only get the software you need not bloatware. All the features that make a good laptop; backlit keyboard, touch screen, good audio and sufficient memory for home use. Great for the price.

Great display and awesome performance. The snapdragon chips are amazing, they perform very efficiently for all task. If you can buy this on sale it's a no-brainer.

I have only had the laptop for less than a month. I have been using the Dell Inspiron laptops for several years and this is my latest replacement. This laptop works well for my needs for travel. The setup and transferring of data were easy. I have a desktop that I use at home.

My daughter bought this before she starts college this year. She loves that it’s a touchscreen and she loves how fast it runs for all her college needs.
