Bought this unit quickly as a replacement for older Insperion Model. 2-1 feature allows flexibility. Processing Speed is more than adequate for both business and personal needs.

I am happy with this purchase. Bought a HP that I wasn't satisfied with and took it back and got this one. I am happy with the speed. Nice screen. I miss the removal battery.

I love how easy it is to set up and use! The touch screen works awesome, the only thing I had a hard time with was setting the finger pad to scan my finger print.

Very good laptop. Easy to use but needed to buy programs to use with it. Also had to purchase a dvd player to add on.

I had a Dell laptop previously and the transition to the new one has been very easy. I like that it is much lighter weight and can also be used as a tablet.

GOOD - Nice machine for a super user; it can definitely handle multiple apps and processes open at once and has the system resources to support it. I output to (3) 32” curved monitors using a USB-C mini dock. BAD - Hard drive crashed, lasted 10 months. Blue screened after Windows 10 pro OS update. Machine came with a 512 SSD HD; upgraded to a 1 TB SSD HD. (Came with Windows 10 home, 512 SSD, intel i7 and upgraded to Windows 10 pro, 1 TB SSD.)

I like the computer because it is lightweight and I love the touchscreen and Graphics are good. No complaints yet.

I like how fast it boots up and is easy to work on. However, it has silver blue letters on a silver computer which make the letters hard to see.

Got this as an open box laptop. So far it is a great computer. Pretty fast and love the backlit keyboard and fingerprint scanner.

Was not very easy to set up due to not having a windows platform prior. But once set upped, easy to navigate.

This Dell Inspiron is idea for someone looking for an upgrade. Has great features and screen size is just perfect for on the go travels.

I have had a dell and HP computers. I usually go for the cheaper computers but they were becoming unreliable. This was definitely worth the money so far. It’s a very attractive computer and has a very quick start up and shutdown for right now. The real test is after I have had it for a year.

This Dell has been a great middle-of-the-road product; exactly the features I want, and it just works. Overall a very solid value!
