I was so disappointed with the computer. Best Buy employee's were awesome when I needed help shout out to Cody Manager@ College Station. I don't know but i believe Dell has implemented in updates for software or something but when I first turned on immediately were red error strips across the screen. I followed complete instructions for what needed to be done. If trouble continued to contact Dell support. Which of course is where I ended up. When I contacted support basically the gist of it was that there is nothing wrong with the computer but since it was open box purchase the warranty was expired and Dell required me to purchase an extended warranty to get the updates required for the necessary function of the computer. It was missing 4 drivers one of them being a driver for Wifi function or something. So unless I purchased this extended warranty support could not help me with anything. Therefore I had purchased a useless computer.

Very nice laptop overall. The build quality is certainly above average and the screen is great. I would purchase again.

Turns into a tablet or a laptop, fast and can handle anything you want it to do.

It's fast. The screen is large and viewable. It is a little heavy when moving it around to connect USBs in back.

This our 4th Dell laptop. Overall it is reliable for teleworking to include holding a long charge. Just a suggestion, don’t purchase one out of the box. Seven months into owning the Dell - Inspiron 15.6" 7000 2-in-1 Touch-Screen Laptop, the charger is starting to wear and give the wrong message to the laptop when it is fully plugged in to a direct outlet.

Does everything I like it to do and more, Has a bunch of awesome specs and capabilities:).

Purchased on December 31, 2019, on a deferred payment plan thru BB's credit card. Picked up from the local store on or around January 2, 2020. Not overused since, used exclusively for work. Worked really good in the early days, but have been showing a flaw recently. First instance of the problem happened last Thursday, April 23, 2020. The laptop just suddenly powered off while I was in the middle of work. I documented what happened next on a video I took while trying to revive this laptop. It eventually powered back on but only after quite a while. Then, same problem happened yesterday, April 27, 2020. It didn't take long to power back up but this time, but I noticed that the battery power was actually going down while being charged (started at 34% and went all the way down to 17%) and this freaked me out. It eventually came back to normal charging and was on full after an hour or so. I am already losing confidence on this machine. When will be the next power interruption? This is all that is coming to my mind every time I face this machine. In my work where productivity is a premium, this is not the right machine for it. I called Dell customer service and all they could offer was to do diagnostics and repair that would take about 12 days to complete. I declined since I don't have that much time to spare. They did offer an alternative in which I should be reaching out to the local store where I bought this machine. I did call Best Buy in East Orange, CA but no one picked up and after 6 minutes of just ringing on the other end, I hanged up. I also called the general Best Buy customer service number, and since there was a long wait time (1 hour and 14 minutes), I just left my number and chose a call back, but nothing came. I still wish to remove my anxiety on this defective product. I haven't even started paying for this and yet it's already breaking down. What is sad is that when I do find the money to start paying for this machine, all I can think of is that I am throwing away my money for something that might eventually stop working before I could even pay it off. I was never able to speak with Best Buy to be fair. There are some unknowns at the moment, but since I am out of the return/replace period, I have an idea of what my options are. I just want my problem on this to end now. I wish Best Buy or Dell will be a little more considerate to help me. The only thing I can think of that will solve this problem for me is if they can issue me a credit for the full price that I paid that I can use toward getting a much more reliable Mac instead (I owned a Mac since 2013 that I have already passed down to my daughter for her school work, and it still works great!). I guess I wouldn't mind paying extra for a better performing machine. Obviously, this is not a full review of the product. It is more of a complaint, but not in any way meant to bring harm any company or any product outside of what I have. Thanks for your attention.

Its great design and fast computer. I like the finger ID and how smooth is the keyboard
