Good so far. Great for school work. Got the offer with trend micro and its protected so far. Keyboard feels great. Only wish it had a backlight if you worked in a dark room. Numeric keypad is a big plus especially if you are involved in lots of activities that involve numbers. Touch screen is also useful and it doesn't seem to leave a lot of touch residue. Just take care of it and it should last for a long while.

This computer is fairly fast has a good screen. I'm glad that I went with a touchscreen as it speeds up filling out forms and editing files. The 15.6 screen is necessary to have a large enough keyboard for touch typing and also includes a keyboard.

It's quick, lightweight, has enough ports for what I need and has been easy to set up and use. It also has a numeric keypad (10 key), which is so helpful to me. I don't like that all the computers lately want to have access to your email and other information, but aside from that it's great. Works for my price range too. Customer service in store was fantastic, I wish I remembered the guys' name, but I had been deliberating for a while with another salesperson (who went from showing me junk to things that were too expensive), I told this new guy what I was looking for and my price range, and this was basically the second thing he showed me.

Good choice of buying this item. I use this to my work papers and son use this too for his online classes and for gaming too. What a nice choice of buying this and this can be recommend to everyone. Excellent fast and touch screen.

This laptop is a great deal. After a reinstall of Windows and a couple tweaks, the computer flies. The trackpad and screen aren't bad either. I've added a stick of memory and am very happy with the purchase, especially for the price.

really was looking to spend as much money as I did...but being pretty computer illiterate, the sales person listened to my situation and GAVE ME OPTIONS...there was NO hard sell pressure...which I appreciated...she was even willing to give me specs I could research online...she was honest about "dim prospects" of future sales/promotions...patiently explained my options of tranferring current info/docs from old computer to new....PERSONALLY "walked me: up to Geek Squad to complete my purchase experience...only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5...was price...customer service was 5 star !!!

I absolutely love my laptop! I like the fact I can touch the screen and it loads up quickly! My old laptop was very old and I needed a new one, so I’m impressed

Works well. Screen is always great view and since upgrading drive to bigger SSD. Has worked flawlessly. It is light and keys are not too big. Great laptop for the money.

Super fast laptop! Really does the job on basic and some mid level tasks, no problems overall and for the price is not questionable this is one of the best laptops there is out there!

This is a great budget-friendly laptop. The Ryzen 5 is plenty strong enough for modern web apps and school work. The screen delivers a crisp bright experience and at 15.6", 1080p looks quite good. If you find that the 8GB is too low, which 2GB will be shared with the GPU, you can always add another SODIMM slot as 1 is open. The same goes for the 256GB SSD that comes included. However, for a budget entry-level laptop that is being used for schoolwork, this thing delivers!

I bought this computer because I needed a windows pc because my MacBook storage got ate up due to the different programs I need for my classes. I’m glad I made this purchase. This computer is super fast, the screen resolution is amazing maybe even better than my MacBook! For half the price of a MacBook Air I’m getting the same amount of Ram with double the storage with a even more powerful processor!! I gave my MacBook to my kid… Great purchase!!!

Good laptop, I used for basic things and some work when I cant get to my work computer. The only thing that I found lacking a was the USB C for a docking station. Touch screen is nice unless you have handsy toddler. Havent used it for heavy gaming yet just app store games but runs fine. Video looks good. Battery lasts a decent while. I did wish the power button lit up but it is really quick power up with the SSD. If you need something more than this it'll be a laptop for a very specific purpose.

Pretty happy with this purchase so far. I really enjoy the touchscreen option and the keyboard is nice as well. Good sound and picture quality, especially for the price point.

I have been more impressed with my new Dell-Inspiron Laptop. I decide it was time to upgrade from my old Samsung that I had bought in 2013, which took a terribly long time to open and even close. This Laptop opens almost immediately and closes as well. Graphics are great and it really is lightweight laptop, which will be terrific for our many RV Trips that we take.

Simple and elegant, light, fast and adequate. When I picked up the laptop at the store I was "seduced" by the high end laptops on display, gleaming with their nice finishes and glassy screens. I felt sad for myself for settling for a lower price alternative. When I opened the box at home and set up windows 10 and upgraded to windows 10 I was pleasantly surprised how pleasing to the eye the simple design was with windows 11. It had a minimalistic feel and I was glad I did not exchange for those high end glossy laptops. It can just about everything I need, what more do I need?

Good memory and SSD size, economically priced allowing to upgrade memory to 16 MB and add a 512 HDD. Super-fast start-up and great performance.

My Dell Inspiron 15.6" Touch Laptop was a great buy. Among its many pluses: You can use the touch screen, touch pad or a wireless mouse. I was delighted with the ease of use and speed of the download in this computer. No problems accessing the Internet, Skype or Microsoft Conference. This laptop is a very good mid range laptop i have been using it for photoshop and illustrator. It has worked perfect very fast for the price.

Exactly what we needed for my wife. She has no real need for a high end machine and prefers the 15" screen. It's been reliable and perfect for her needs.
