This laptop is a great laptop for a older family member who just wants a laptop to check there email, view a few pictures of the grandkids, and surf the web. This is a great basic laptop from Dell. The biggest downfall of this laptop is the dull screen and no backlit keys. The biggest positive is the touchscreen which makes playing games super easy. Love the touchscreen for solitaire and the hide and seek games from the store.

I have always had decent luck with Dells in terms of not having too many tech issues, but they rarely last in good working order beyond 2 years.

My new laptop is great I love it. It is super fast and easy to use. Its perfect for my business it's really light weight and easy to carry. The touch screen is another new feature I love. The battery life is very long and can last a full day of use before needing a charge. I am still getting familiar with the Windows 10 operating system, which is new to me. But I like it very much so far. The screen is very nice and with a vivid picture. I would recommend this laptop to anyone, for it is truly a top of the line computer. Love it!

This is a good computer so far I'm very skeptical of having good luck with new things when I buy them as I've had some bad times It's been 3 days and no problems only giving it four stars because it does get a little warm when stress testing it. I bought this model cuz it was a cheaper Verizon 5 and it had integrated graphics so I could do some light gaming. I've only downloaded fortnite so far and got a good 60 frames per second. Plan to upgrade the RAM with another 8 gig stick in the future.

I needed a new laptop. Mine was over 10 yrs old. Wanted touch screen, windows and large display. I am not a gamer or anything like that, just a Senior Citizen who understands the window enviroment, did not want to teach myself another concept. LOVE THIS so easy to set up...thought I would have issues, but boy have things changed in 10 yrs! Also what changed drastically in 10 yrs is the price. However after lots of research, chose this DELL, NOT settled for this DELL.

For the price of the laptop. Your getting a pretty great machine. Is fast and does the job

I give laptop to my uncle so he can move away from over than 10 year old laptop to avoid poor experience. It runs great without any issues. I tested video playback and system performance except battery life. Because I didn't tested battery life yet, but it should be fine. If he encounter of situation, I can use remote to control of his laptop without going over unless there's no network connected. If your computer are getting too old, I recommend to buy it.

I bought this laptop for my home office, web surfing, and email. Set up was super easy. I loved that the laptop was free of pre- loaded software. I have bought some in the past that were full of junk I didn’t want or need. It worked perfectly. I was considering an Apple product, but very glad I didn’t spend another $1,000 on one. This nice Dell really did the job.

Great computer. I bought it specifically for playing sims. Only negative is the battery life.

Great product! Really fast and the touch screen is a great addition

It works perfectly, I have no problem running various apps at the same time. The only thing is that the keyboard and mouse pad is low quality. It started having problems with 2 months of use. Keep away from elementary students it will break. I’ve had other laptops with high quality keyboards that don’t break. But the price is awesome and the computer runs good.
