My new DELL Inspiron with AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB's of RAM "rocks". I had been using an ACER which was purchased in 2014 which performed flawlessly for 7 years but simply did not have the speed that I currently need.

I bought the Dell Inspiron and I Love It. It is fast and efficient. It fires up super fast so you can get to what you want to do quick. It is also light weight. I absolutely love it and happy I purchased it.

The Dell laptop was given to me for a birthday present. I like that it is a touch screen. Display is good. Like the ease of carrying it with me through out the day. I will be shopping for a Dell Desk top later.

Every aspect of my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 has worked out just as my Geek Squad representative said it would. I provides the right number of USB ports, is lightweight, and its visual and audio features are excellent.

This has to be the "Best Buy" that I have ever gotten from Best Buy. I've had it now for several weeks and I just realized that it has a touch screen. This makes it more of a deal for my money!

I bought this sight unseen. Just looked at the tag description, no product on display. Opened the product and realized the keyboard is at the top, which is not optimal for me, I do a lot of typing, it is taking some getting used to. It would be much better if the keyboard were closer to the bottom of the product. Also, I just realized that this item does not have a spot to insert a disk. Who would make a laptop that does not have a place to insert a disc? This really disappointed me. I just assumed all laptops came with this feature. The speed is good.

Absolutely love this computer. You can use the Touch or the mouse, nice to have options. It weighs hardly anything, you don't even know its on your lap and it has all the bells & whistles to go with it.

Very nice laptop. Very fast, grest keyboard layout, touchscreen, snd features. I installed office, and even changed it to normal windows from "S" mode. Very easy to do. Rysen is a awesome processor.

The laptop is very easy to use. It has good speed and good display. My daughter, son-in-law, and my sister-in-law recommended Dell to me and so far so good. I had been an HP customer for years.

For the price this isn't a bad laptop. It was lightweight, had a number pad, if you require one, and it had sufficient power. The trackpad was not good, and it was not centered on overall layout. I understand it is trying to be centered with the space bar, but I kept hitting the left side of trackpad when reaching for left keys. If you need a brighter screen this is not the laptop for you. For the price, you get decent specs, but its performance is just ok. A recommendation is do not buy over a 14" screen for air travel.

Replaced an older laptop to work from home and this laptop was reasonably priced and all functions were available I needed to continue to work from home. Would recommend others to purchase.

got it for wife and she likes it as she does not need anything major and this system fits her needs and pricing was right for her needs .

Purchased this one for my son. His old laptop quit. He seems to like it. Says it's faster than the old one. Said it works with all the programs he needs for his final year in college.

Great purchase so far. My family needed something simple, able to do school and essential things, without breaking the bank or sacrificing on value. This has been a good choice so far.

We purchased this computer to replace a 10 year old laptop. My wife is a teacher and she uses it for lesson planning. It provides the power and speed needed at an affordable price.

Had trouble with this computer just after a couple months. It works great now, but disappointed to have to take it in that soon.

Really nice laptop. It does way more than my son needs for high school. However, based on the schools requiresments, it is what we bought for a descent price.

On my windows touchscreen laptop. I like my new product. Learning how to work it is a bit different since I never issues this system. But definitely a smooth transition.

I was quite excited to find such a laptop on sale. My laptop has served me since 2012, old but reliable. However, even though I love the speed and agility of the new laptop, it is having a problem and I have only had it a month. I use it in my home theater system and suddenly it no longer recognizes my projector. I tried changing the hmdi cable and a couple of fixes I found on the web, but no luck. I have to take it in so soon for repair because I am a few days past the return date.

Very good laptop for this price! Speed is unbelievable, size is perfect! Very happy with purchase!
