It had a weird version of windows 10 which made it feel flow and unresponsive. It also had a scratch.

i bought this for my son and his schoolwork. The dell works great and the touchscreen is bonus for the kids. So far the battery last a long time even using multiple programs.

Great lightweight computer with a decent SSD and inputs. The AMD chip compares similarly to the Intel i5 with a boost for graphic centered content consumption.

Very responsive computer. Good quality as you would expect from Dell. Love the touchscreen feature. Have no issues so far. And installing Windows 11 was a breeze.

Good laptop for the price. Works extremely fast with good Wi-Fi. Only issue I have is the putter shell of the screen scratches extremely easily and will not come off.

Wonderful computer for what I need. I use this computer for paying bills, research and surfing the web. It is plenty fast enough for me. It has really good graphics, nice sound that is plenty loud enough for the hard of hearing and easy to use. I love how the battery charges quick and last a long time. It has way more frills than I will ever use. Touch screen and you can even make calls on it.....WOW!!! The set up was a synch that even people that aren't savvy with computers could do it. The only thing I miss on this computer is a backlit keyboard. That is only because I often am in bad lighting.

The Inspiron 15.6" FHD Touch Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 8GB RAM - 256 SSD - Black is a very good machine. It fulfills its purpose and succeeds as a home/office laptop.

Nice affordable laptop. Was purchased for a college student. With the SSD drive it's fairly fast and can handle anything a basic college student needs.

Bought this for my husband, who doesn't do much on the internet. It is perfect. It is fast for web searching and that is pretty much all he needs. Great price too.

I bought this laptop for my wife. She uses it regularly and I am not hearing any complaints or issues. Fir the minimal amount of time I have spent on this laptop, I think it satisfies all our current needs.

I've had the lap top for a few weeks now and it works pretty well. I purchased it for online classes and zoom meetings. It works well. I will say the battery seems to drain quick as I will start a 3 hour class with full battery and have around 50% left by the time class ends. Otherwise its nice size, lightweight, camera is good, speakers are good, and touch screen works well. I did have to do some stuff with Windows S or whatever in order to get Google Chrome to work, but I figured it out for free and haven't had any issues. I give it a 5 star rating. I'm happy.

Purchased for basic tasks and running Minecraft Java. Works perfectly fine for that use. Battery life is definitely not great, but I knew that going in.

Bought this as a graduation/bday gift for my son. He really likes it. He can do some gaming on here that we wasn’t able to do with his last Dell Inspiron.

Works great for everything I need it for. Was easy to setup/transfer my Microsoft accoint info and restore my backups from previous (dead) laptop
