Great laptop for a teenager

Had to return the laptop case because it did not fit the height of the laptop so it could not be zipped!! As far as having to pay for the software, protection plan and then the Geek Squad was another additional charge, than turned me off seeing how I had a budget to stick with!!

My 2 year old jump on it and I turn it on nothing broke. its a slow computer, you get what you paid for.

Didn’t even last a year

I don’t know what is up with Dell laptops, but I’ve always had issues. The only dell device that ever lasted for me was a desktop from the 90’s. Dell just isnt what it used to be. A year into using this laptop, the entire computer would turn off if I even moved the laptop. I’d move it an inch, and it would just shut down. The fan on it is useless, and it’s super loud. Not worth it. Just get a chrome book, or save a few extra hundred dollars on an HP or an ASUS.

Great beginner gamer computer

One child does photography, one does journalism, and one is building a YouTube audience with Lego and clay stop motion animation. It handles each kids needs, is fast, and is able to play their minecraft or whatever new game is cool now on computer. All while making sure they get school work done.
