One major issue is the computer tends to freeze. Otherwise based on price point, the consumer receives what they paid for.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's fine for the cost, but still 'wired' incorrectly for updates, they went to a chip instead of to the c drive, so it filled up quickly, had to do a geek squad [&pay for it] to reconfigure. since they got rid of the chip from previous inspiron models, one would think Dell would have 'wired' this correctly. otherwise works well

Another iffy thing about the laptop is that it starts to run slower after about having 3 tabs up which is a huge downside in my opinion, but if you are looking for a laptop to find things to buy or looking for a job this one is the right choice for you.

I'm not in love with the start up new features but I have no choice but to get used to them. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase!

Good laptop for limited needs home use

However, it's not advertised to be a powerhouse racehorse, so it shouldn't be judged as one. Not having any problems with it and it's fulfilling its predefined needs very nicely.
