I'm pleased with price and performance of the product. The laptop has all the features that I need, not a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles, but everything I require and more.

Wish PC's came with instruction manuals. I'm 62 and not very computer savvy. Took me a week to get in (probably my fault) but once in smooth sailing. Great buy for the price.

The price point on this laptop was very attractive, however it keeps crashing and restarting...out of the box...no external software downloaded, mainly trying to do college work and it would restart continuously. Save up and pay more for a better product. Surface laptop a way better choice

I bought this laptop to do basic stuff - excel, work online and on the internet. I knew I was buying a basic machine but was not prepared for this snail of a machine. This computer is extremely slow - slow to start, slow to process, slow to open programs. Don't even try to multi-task, it's near impossible! I regret not spending more and getting a better laptop! Save yourself some frustration and spend a little more to get a better a laptop!

My wife is very happy with this laptop. It has plenty of storage for all her photos and games. It has plenty of power for her needs and the Win 10 security has been great.

Laptop does everything I need it to, but much slower than I'd like. Decent value for cost, though.

I just wanted to say that this computer is really nice. I hate ours not touch screen but for the price i couldn't bet the deal so i purchesed without the touch screen.

Easy to use computer and is fun to use. Found it was comfortable to ease into and began all sorts of activity with email, research on products and supermarket coupons.

Great price, but need to swap the hard drive to solid state drive. The wireless car does not support 5g only 2.4. My wife doesn’t care so it’s fine, i require better performance though so it wouldn’t work for me

This is a great entry level computer, it is able to handle basic computer operations and would be a great computer for students. If you are looking for a high end computer than you may want to look else where.

For the price this is a great laptop. Packed with features and has a tablet mode. I use it for work at a property management company and it does everything I need

For the first few days I absolutely loved this laptop. Not even a full week of having it this thing started giving me issues. It started taking so long to load! And Cortana stopped responding to any commands. Heading into week 2 this laptop gets a virus!! I got scammed out my money by a pop up claiming my computer was being hacked and stated a company called Global Minds inc. could fix it. It’s some foreign con artists that go into your computer I was literally watching someone put codes into it. Silly me I knew something felt sketchy. Feeling scared and pressured not really knowing much about computers I gave them my money for some bs anti virus software. Whatever they put on completely trashed the laptop. I also had to cancel my debit card after they tried to take more money from me and file a claim to get my money back. I called dell themselves and they “fixed” it. Smh they just want money too after wiping my computer completely they said I needed to buy the Mcafee anti virus protection plan. I didn’t buy it, laptop is still super slow smh all this in a span of 2 weeks!!! I should have just bought a Mac book. This dell laptop is just sitting on my bookshelf collecting dust. I regret getting this stupid thing.

Very impressed with this deal on Farthers Day weekend. The price was great and the service was first good also and the computer was top of the line in performance.

Bought this for my granddaughter. Set up easily and quickly, provided everything she needs for school and personal use. Great value for a very solid product

For a first time laptop buyer this is a good product. For a more experienced computer user I would spend more on a faster Dell. The matt screen is much easier on the eyes than other displays!

Works great for simple projects. Does run slow at times. Will need to purchase WordPerfect or some type of program. Top is thin so can easily be broken which has now happened to mine.

Loved my computer however I had to take it back to the store after just three weeks. The buttons stuck for some reason. They took it back with no problem. So far everything is ok with the second one.

Out of the box, within a couple of weeks this computer is super slow, because it uses TONS of memory. CPU and Disk on task manager is constantly between 85% - 100%. Usually, I only have internet open, and it's still slow. I wish I had returned it, but was hoping it was a fluke. My previous computer, which was 3 years old, was faster than this one, and both were in the same price range. Disappointed....

This was the first laptop for a 9 year old. She wanted it to play games and do school projects. For those reasons this was perfect and at a great price
